I ordered this product, and the drop shipper accidentally sent me the wrong product. I contacted web hydro and they immediately sorted everything out and sent me the correct product. I could not be happier w the service.The press itself is amazing, one word of warning is that you want to use atleast .5lb of concentrate to get a solid slab
