My experience opening this package was great,it provides a box written with instructions and inside the box the actual heating/cooling product with a bag u can put the product in when you freeze it so it doesn’t get freezer smell + a sweet thank you note and more in depth paper instructions, overall sensational product

I'm surprised at the short length of time the cold lasts. It comes out the freezer rock hark and the design for the neck is perfect.I just fine once I remove it from the freezer that it becomes room temp in 1-2 hours. My migraines hat lasts 4-6 hours. I use these for extra cooling during the summer heat since I would look weird with a fan attached to my body trying to keep me cool.It has a nice soft side that lays on your skin so no concern of it giving you an ice burn. I really like this product a lot. I just wish it lasted longer. So if you use these for hours buy at least 2 of them so you can alternate.

This is a really good quality ice/heat pack. I have a super bad neck and I feel so good after 20 minuteswith this wrapped around my neck. It can be used for cold or hot. Read the directions. Really nice product. Best Ive ever purchased.

Update: I've bought one of each blue and pink about 2yrs ago. I have kept one in the freezer and the other one out to throw in the microwave to heat. I still love these but in need of replacing one. I guess the gel like beads have broken down cause there aren't as many as before. They use to spread out pretty evenly throughout the wrap but now they pretty much only fill the middle section. I guess for the price and how often I have used it it's held up pretty well. For reference I was using the one I heat up about once a week for about a year. Now about 1-2x a month.Bought this so I can wrap it around my neck and use part of it on my head when I get migraines. I ended up buying one of each and keep both in the freezer. They stay cold for long enough never actually timed it so can't say how long. Never used it for heat either so can't comment on that. Love these for the cold though and they are comfortable to use.

Bought this in 2022 and it has been wonderful, absolutely perfect. I just had a throat biopsy and as I was using the ice pack the beads started to come out from the middle seam. Little disappointed since I take really good care of it but also it's been 2 years since I got it so also understandable but worth the money. Comes with a bag to store it in so it doesn't collect freezer smells.

I bought this ice pack in June and have used it as needed, it didn’t even hold up 6 months. While using it I discovered the little gel beads all over me and then found that the plastic had split. It was a mess and I am disappointed in the quality.

Like most people say, I don’t write reviews often yada yada. But it’s true- I’m not super motivated like that unless something is amazing. And this neck wrap is for sure. I have chronic migraines from hell, and for some reason ice on the back of my neck during the aura and attack phase is helpful at reducing pain and nausea. So. Many. Ice Packs. Purchased. Most are meh- this one is comfortable (not sharp on the edges, and has a nice soft side), came with good packaging, stays cold for a while, and comes with a sturdy plastic bag so that it doesn’t absorb freezer odors. You can microwave it as well and I haven’t tried yet, but the instructions seem good for that too. I’m buying at least one more so I have one for home and work!
