A while back I installed a wire shelf in the bathroom to hold the usual smelly stuff, and although it does the job, the wall suffered from trying to make neat rawlplug holes in 60-year-old plaster. Now I need another shelf, a non-screw solution is very attractive.This shelf (actually, two shelves in the pack) promises easy, yet robust, fixing (and removal, which I hope I won't need to learn about!). Glue and sticky pads have hopefully improved a lot in recent years - a phone mount in my car is pretty much unremovable using just a sticky pad - so this looked to be worth a try. And, worst case, I could always revert to screws.The sticky pad with this shelf is big. No, it is huge in comparison to previous expectations. You see the hooks on the backing and maybe think those hook pads come off and stick to the wall. In fact, the entire thing is the sticky pad. There are a couple of advantages to this: the hooks always line up at the right distance apart, and the sheer size of the sticky area means it would take a lot of force to pull off. The downside is that it's a big area of a different material (in my case, a white painted cupboard door with this fake aluminum plate).Putting it in place is a piece of cake. Determine where the shelf should be, offer up the hook plate and mark one edge for later alignment, then peel off the backing (which comes off super-easily) and stick in place. The plate is quite flexible, so you can place it starting in the middle and then unroll each way, but not so flexible that you get air pockets under it. Pretty much ideal, actually!The shelf is slightly harder to fit since the plastic hooks tend to tuck in under the bar they are supposed to be supporting. I found that just slipping a blunt knife in, before dropping the bar down behind that, worked a treat. And that's it - the shelf is held very positively (that is, with no rocking or sliding) and seems like it will pull off the cupboard surface rather than come unstuck.My pair of shelves came with three hook plates (presumably one is spare 'just in case') and a packet of four double hooks, presumably to hang over a door edge. There were no instructions so I had to guess at how that works - the obvious just hanging the top bar from the hooks lets the shelf tilt, but I got it pretty solidly mounted using the method shown in the photo (the left hook should be straighter but I didn't notice until posting the photo).Overall, I reckon this lives up to its promises - I will, of course, be back to update should I find the shelf on the floor and a clean rectangle on the cupboard door...

Very easy to install. I had both shelves up in 15 minutes. I did make an alignment mistake and had to remove the pad (good job there is a spare). This is when I found out how strong the adhesive is. It is extremely strong and I doubt these shelves will ever come down. The pads are remarkably easy to apply with no air bubbles forming underneath and the shelves easily push into the clips. These are great if you don't want to drill.

This product was easy to install. It has made my bathroom look that much more neater. I’m surprised at how sturdy they are considering I have managed to fit big professional shampoo bottles on there and it hasn't even weakened it slightly. I’m even more delighted that I ordered this late afternoon yesterday (Sunday) and they were due to arrive on Tuesday but the came first thing this morning (Monday)

Look good and grip from sticky tape looks good. Let’s hope it last long as I am using it in the shower

At the moment so far so good as I recently install these bathroom shelves. The instructions were easy to follow and the rack is solid and sturdy. Cannot predict how long the adhesive will last but at the moment the shelves are very stable. They are also easy to clean to prevent from limescale, just remove it from the hook

I got these for myself 1 hear ago - still going strong!! Had to buy them again for my parents because they are that good!! No rusting, easy to wipe clean, holds all my shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles on to them - a thumbs up from me 😊

Poor product, intially sticks well but once condensation builds in the bathroom the adhesive fails. Pointless product considering its designed for a bathroom.

Great product but please be careful getting them out of the box as I now have a rather deep cut on my hand thanks to a sharp edge! This should be checked by quality control before dispatch.
