Great moisturizer, perfect for sensitive skin, no sent, works on my face!
I have pretty sensitive facial skin so I can't use anything with fragrance. It just gets red if I apply any lotion that has added scent. This lotion is solid, it is thick but absorbs fairly quickly. I would not use this 5 minutes before you head out to work, since it does take a bit of time to absorb into the skin. I use it at night before I go to sleep. If necessary, I'll add a SMALL dab to my face before heading out. When I wake up after applying the lotion the night before, my face feels hydrated. It has been at least two weeks or longer since I started to apply this lotion... so far it has healed my red dry skin. I may have to wait to test it during the dry winter, but we shall see. I do not see any problems using product. I have already covered my entire face with this thick lotion and felt no pain as I would with many other brand that may contain fragrances. The only products that I have been able to use is Cetaphil (ONLY the "body" cream) and Aquaphor. Cetaphil body cream is kind of light, so it absorbs quickly. When I wake up in the mornings I can tell the Cetaphil doesn't really keep moisture long periods of time. Aquaphor is mineral based petroleum, kind of super-oily. So one moisturizes too short term, while the other kind of keeps your face too oily. This Eucerin Original Healing Lotion kind of fits in between. Highly recommend Eucerin Original Healing Lotion or the cream version.

Great for chafing of aging skin
My 80+ year old body has some areas of fragile skin that are easily chafed. Eucerin is the best lotion I've found. It also works on younger skin - used it for winter-chafed cheeks when the grandkids were small.

The lotion is really good and helps my dry skin. But watch the pump, it leaks.
My fingers dry out when I use city water or wash dishes with dish soap. As yet, the best lotion I have found is Eucerin Original Healing Rich Body Lotion for Extremely Dry, Compromised Skin. It really helps, I use it three, sometimes four times a day, and yes, it is oily. I just need to remember what my fingers are like without it. It amazes me how quickly the lotion is absorbed into my skin, and how much it helps the dryness. The pump began leaking after the first few days, but so far it is easy to keep from being a big mess.I would give five stars for the Lotion, but I think the leaking pump is worth at least one.

Excellent lotion
This lotion is great! It's rather greasy, but quickly absorbs. I've been using it for at least 20 years.

Eucerin cream
This is the best lotion there is it is thick and truly softens the skin. I’ve tried very expensive creams cheap creams & none are as good as this. Plus price is great on this pump bottle.

Eucerin Original Healing Rich Body Lotion for Extremely Dry
After using this lotion for a few weeks now I think I can make a educated review. I am someone who has had extremely dry skin my whole life. I've been to dermatologist and they prescribe expensive lotions that I cannot afford. My skin type is dry, and cracks but is also very oily in certain places. This lotion while when it's applied can be greasy does go away after about 15 minutes. I have a mild case of keratosis pilaris on my arms, in the few weeks I've used the lotion the bumps are gone. If you are looking for a lotion that will give you that silky smooth feeling this is not it. I also don't recommend this lotion if you have a strict skin care routine as it has made my skin on my face feel dull. I do currently have cracks on sensitive areas right now and while the lotion helps with it not getting worse or spreading further, it does not seem to make it heal so I am pairing it with aquaphor ointment and that seems to be helping. This is also not a lotion I use after washing my hands throughout the day just because of how it makes my hands feel after use, BUT that could just be a sensory trigger for me. Overall it's a great product for what it's intended for, which is extreme dry skin.
