Excellent Customer Service
It was great while it worked, but it lasted less than a month (loaded about 15 magazines) before the tab that pushes down the round broke off.*** update Jan 17*** I contacted the seller to inquire about warranty policy, and the seller told me that they would be immediately sending me out a replacement. They also stated that the problem that I encountered was extremely rare.

Works well
Works well, I have a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield .40 and was having trouble loading the ammo, but with this speed loader it works awesome. I also like the different colors.

Material and construction excellent.Well designed and easy to use IF YOU READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Hand load first bullet into magazine and you will not have any problems.

This works great. No more sore fingers and thumbs especially when getting to the last few rounds into the magazine. Would highly recommend it.

This works great. It will take a time or two to get it down but no more sore thumbs on the range loading new mags. This also works on the Taurus PT 740 as well.

Broke in less than 700 rounds loaded
I purchased this speed loader 1 month ago and it has already broken. The small piece that pushes the casing down so you can load another round broke off. 3 trips to the gun range and about 700 rounds later and it's already broken. It's an inexpensive loader but it still should not have broken so easily, disappointed and will look elsewhere for another one.
