Absolutely Love this Grade of Green Tea
Absolutely love this gradw of Green Tea. You can literally feel the difference. Personally, my energy boosts and become quite talkative and funny. The product is powerful. Hefty price though. Will have to wait until I can afford it again.

Great quality
I'm not a matcha connoisseur, but I have tried several off-the-shelf matcha varieties, including ones that claim to be ceremonial grade. With this matcha, I could taste a difference immediately. Whereas the others seemed mostly flat and bland, this one actually has a flavor profile, with earthy, sweet, grassy notes. As another reviewer mentioned, it has a richer, deeper flavor and is not very acidic or astringent.

No Bitterness.
I'm new to matcha so I've ben trying various ceremonial grades. So far, this is the smoothest with no taste of bitterness. I even doubled the amount in my bowl and still very smooth and non bitter. I'm still looking at other brands but so far, this is the best I've had so far.

Decent organic Matcha
This is a good grade matcha tea...particularly useful for lattes. I purchased it during Prime Day. I still prefer the Encha Matcha as it is less bitter, but this is a decent substitute.

Best flavor!
I received this matcha tea a little over a week ago and tried it in a yogurt smoothie as well as warm in almond milk. I have drank matcha tea for years however I have never had a matcha that was so rich and complex with delightful aromatics and a long sweet finish. I just placed another order!

Top price but top grade...
I've been enjoying numerous types of Matchas over the last few years. Ever since visiting Japan and having a tour de force of Matchas I've been seeking similar drinking experiences. Some have come close. Some aren't even in the ballpark and others you know aren't going to measure up because of the grade. Many of the ceremonial Matcha teas I've had were priced lower (much lower in some cases) even in the $7-9USD/Oz range while a few were $20USD/oz or a bit higher. This one is priced on the higher side. One personal test I tend to do is a small whisk and I will fish out one of the pre full whisked clumps and taste it to gauge the natural bitterness and profile. Some are so insanely bitter and/or weak I know before final whisk the final product is going to be average at best. This one ranks on the higher end of the scale. The color is beautiful and not dull or muted. The clump test had barely any bitterness (All Matcha teas regardless of quality will have a some bitterness when concentrated) and the finished product was beautiful and a joy to sip. This one will be my every other Sunday Matcha as it has earned that right to be enjoyed selectively.5/5
