Very good item. Must have kitchen gadget
Really simple to use. Theres a whisk attached the the lid, place it in a t bottom of tank and fill to min line. This will throff your milk for a cappuccino. Swap the whisk for the other mixer tool and fill to max line...this is for lattes. Makes milk a drinkable temp so good for on the go, takes seconds to heat up if you want it hotter hit the heat button twice. You can also make cold coffee for grape and iced coffee. But please domt put ice in it, add that after. It's easy to clean, just wipe it out as long as you dont catch the bottom (electric bit) u can give it a good scrub with suds. Hope this helps. OMG!! I absolutely love this product. I’m always buying kitchen gadgets and regretting it but this is staying firmly in my kitchen. It froths and heats milk so easily and quickly and makes my morning coffee look so appealing, like a white peak of frothy snow on the top! It makes my morning coffee a pleasure!! Love, love love it and I’m going to buy my mum one for her birthday.

Ok whilst it worked
It worked well for about a week and then stopped heating up... it was quite hard to clean aswell

Probably a good product but hard to tell
The product seemed really well made and high-quality. I suspect that we just happen to have one with a fault as it worked fine for a couple of weeks and then started tripping out the power circuits in the house. I would still buy another one as it was clearly a robustly made product - you could see that from the materials used in its manufacture - but there was a fault and it has been sent back.

Does what it says on the box, burning on one side,
This milk frother has made my coffee time very special, and I would not have my coffee any other way now. The milk come out lovely and creamy, and for somebody who does not like boiled milk, I love it in my coffee this way. The inside starting showing sights of burned on milk, which is a real shame, so soon after I bought it. I clean it with a soft sponge, so do not quite understand why this happened. Apart from that, a great machine.

Cheaper than high street alternative but works
Happy that it does just as mentioned. Just about managed two adequate cups. Warms and froths excellently. Could not be easier to use. I suspect I need to find a better chocolate supplier !

Simple and efficient.
Bought this for my Daughter as she hated warning then frothing. Getting the temperature right then frothing takes time and more equipment. This does it all in one simple stage. Big bonus is it's always the same result.
