Lawn Croquet Set for Kids & Families - Six Player Croquet Game with 6 Mallets, 6 Balls, 9 Wickets, 2 Stakes & Carry Bag

I am very pleased with this purchase. I researched plenty of sets and even ordered another one but sent that cheap set with the short mallets and small balls back. Four of us played a few games today and this set is nice. Good heavy Mallets with long handles, heavy balls that are large enough, wickets that are heavy enough, and even the bag is ok. I was a little hesitant to order something with no reviews, but I doubt I could have done better without spending a fortune.

Love this croquet set! I was so impressed with the quality compared to the really reasonable price. My kids got it for me for mother’s day and it made such a great gift. The wickets were sturdy, the handles were taller than a previous set I owned-( less stooping) the mallet heads don’t un-spin mid game. Great game! The storage case is very roomy you don’t have to take the mallet head/ handles apart to get everything back in the bag. The bag does seem a little cheap- but it does it’s job and I’m far more concerned with the set inside the bag. I would definitely recommend this set!

I was looking for a traditionally styled croquet set that was durable and compatible with the youngest to oldest player set. The mallets were the same colored bands around the handles and hammer head as the hustorical versions. The end stakes sport multicolored bands of all nallet colors to help make it a cheerful activity. The wood used is durable hardwood, you can tell by the feel but just the same the mallets should not be used to pound the stakes into hard ground because they are not designed for that. They are perfecly fine for hitting the solid and dense molded balls as hard as you need to for as long as you need to in the course of a game. I do not ever see these balls caving in like reviews on some other sets. Although they are molded resin, they are heavy and solid like the old hardwood balls. The length of the handles make the set comfortably compatible for both children and adults. The set ships with mallets disassembled. Once all handles are screwed in snug, all game components fit into the tough adequately sized tote bag without the need for disassembly. I have not found another croquet set on Amazon that gets everything right. This one did and was worth the price. It has been used for several mixed player games already.

I ordered this set as we used to play this game at a friends house and I always wanted a set for my family. What a fun game! The set comes in a nice bag to keep everything together and it is very good quality. We played a couple rounds and it was easy to set up and great to play with. The bag makes it possible to take anywhere or even leave it in the car for road trips. Also great for the kids when they are having friends over - much better than video games! I can highly recommend this set!

This set actually fits in the provided bag with the mallets put together. Great set for us and our 4 grandchildren. Seems well made and has held up with several hits to the ground instead of the ball. Only one comment which is no big deal but I may glue the mallet heads to the poles since a couple of them did not stay tight while playing. Looking forward to many games and will help get the kids away from those video games.

As far as we can tell, the croquet set is great. We purchased it as a family gift for some friends, so we haven't used it ourselves. It APPEARS to be well made, colorful, and sturdy. I hope it all fits in the carrying bag w the mallets assembled. The recipients were excited about it, and we're hoping it will be a fun OUTDOOR, NON-ELECTRONIC activity for them, as we remember from our own childhood.

I had a couple sets sitting in my cart for a while but finally decided to order. I like this set very much, beware that any other set you compare has mallets of the same size (some are smaller/shorter) This set was perfect, we set it up in the yard and played with 4 adults & 2 kids 10 & 6 and it was FuN for the whole family!! This set is sturdy and very well made, love that it has a storage bag too!

The set feels fairly sturdy but does not seem very durable for adult play. The craftsmanship for the price was pretty good. Again, we are looking for croquet balls made of wood and a set sturdy enough to be handled by all ages. Nice looking.
