I bought these for my 8yo girl and 10 yo boy. I had them personalized for baptisms. I had trouble finding a gift that wasn't the typical -bible-journal-necklace-cross décor, money ect. What a GREAT idea. They can keep these forever as long as they continue to work that long. Even if they DONT work in years to come, it would still be ok because they could just look at their compass and remember to having faith will direct them. We were able to add their name, baptism date, a special bible verse number, AND Love, MOM and DAD at no additional cost. I got them 4 DAYS earlier than stated! Which was great because I never thought I would get them in time! Opened them up and they are high quality, nice and heavy, came in a red gift box and the personalization looks perfect. What a COOL gift! Im so happy with these! The best gift I could find that they would appreciate and is meaningful!

I was looking for a baptism gift for my 10 year old twin nephew and niece’s baptism (I only had 6 days to find a memorable and treasured gift before the baptism) and came across these personalized compasses. I ordered the compasses on a Tuesday afternoon and it was shipped the very next day so they arrived before the baptism...just amazing!! The Compus is better than I expected very pleased. I also thought it was going to be light in weight but wrong again it really has a good weight. It feels more expensive than what it is. The inscription was exactly what I requested on both front and back. Ship and received on time that I was told would arrive. This is a gift for special event, not intended to be used for camping it's a momento for making the event as encouragement to not wander in life.

A customized compass makes a nice gift for Confirmation Candidates because it can be personalized on the front with their name and a special message (several to choose from) and on the back with their specific choice of Saint or anything else you'd like to put on there. I preferred the brass color over the antique version and the company was very willing to work with me, which was an extra benefit. I think they care about their customers and want to see them happy. Would highly recommend.

I have ordered several of these as graduation gifts for friend’s children. I include their name & date of graduation along with a letter describing “True North.” I do wish the chain was a bit better quality, but, overall, I’m pleased and the gift is very well received.
