Nice support
I have been using a lower back support for years, but my old faithful one gave up recently. When I found this one I liked how slim it was, as I have to wear them really low on my hips (they end up looking more like a 'bum support'!! Ha! So I put it on how I always put my original back support on, and thought it was really rubbish and was probably going to send it back. Then a couple of days later I tried it again- this time reading the instructions of how to wear! This time I thought it was brilliant. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because it is rubbing my hips slightly, but this is probably due to me wearing it very tightly. And I need to try it at work to have full confidence that it won't slip for the extra star.

Designed for the slim.
I found that this belt does relieve SI discomfort but, for a person with a portly physique comfort is problematical after a period of time. These belts I feel are designed for the younger athletic person with a injury rather than for wear and tear that comes with age. So if you're still slim in later life then you should have no problem wearing this belt.

Helps a bit but is uncomfortable
Provides a few percent improvement, worth the relatively low price but can be really uncomfortable when sat down. Maybe if I was as perfectly toned as the models used for this product it wouldn't be an issue but the straps dig into my gut (upper side of strap) bearable for a few hrs but essentially I wear it for the drive to work and then I sit at my desk to eat enough so that I can take my pain killers without feeling nauseous. One the drugs work, it comes off. You may feel the benefit from this but consider it part of lower back pain/sciatica solution, it will not resolve the issue. Oh, and put your boxers over the strap but the strap over your t-shirt to avoid skin irritation but also so you can go to the toilet without sounding like velcro-man.

Very disappointed badly made
At first it was brilliant. Gave me great support without taking up too much space but in less than two months the felt has eroded so the Velcro has nothing to cling to and the belt just snaps open or falls apart. Very disappointed indeed. Shoddy work.

Comfortable and supportive
Comfortable and supportive to wear.Only complaint is that the main Velcro fastening at the from I feel is not quite strong enough. When adjusting side straps after a few wears I now have to hold main fastener at the same time which can be a little awkward.

Worth it all day long. It does what it's meant to do. Well made. 8/10
Great product very comfortable at work under my shirt, unseen/unknown wear!! I work long shifts on my feet and this really makes a difference. It stays put where it sits thank God, and very good quality. 8/10
