This is great! I've tried a few 'gimicky' fitness things over the years but I am impressed with this. I've been exercising pretty hard this year so can't recommend this as a quick fix avoiding the hard work but two hours a day cycling to work and back combined with cutting back the sugar just hasn't shifted my gut, whereas 12 minutes at this three times a day for 10 days has started to give me some actual definition, which I love. It's hardly a six pack but it's definitely an improvement and I'm going to stick with it.It's a pretty simple thing that works well; pop in the two AAA batteries (a minor gripe that it's not USB rechargeable but I've so far only used one set of batteries so it's OK) and connect to the pad. I'm only using the large one for the stomach but there are two additional small ones for arms for example. Stick it on and crank it up until it starts to feel uncomfortable, then go one more. I recommend using a tight top or similar to help it stay in place; as others have said it won't fully stay in place but I've worn it walking around and been fine. A warning though that the intensity can change when you do this and this can be surprising and sometimes a little painful - sitting still is best and I tend to use it lying in bed catching up on work emails in the morning then cooking dinner and when I sit down of an evening.It's worth following the instructions about washing the pads as this helps it stick and work more effectively. There are spare pads in the pack too but I think it will be a good while until they are needed.I'll be using this regularly for the foreseeable future as it really enhances my work out in a way that planking and the bug just hasn't. I think I'm finally going to lose my gut!

Initial views of the product is that it definitely feels like it’s working. The controllers themselfs are made of plastic and the pads are made of a flexible rubber while the inside is much softer. I’ve set everything up and it was really simple, first you have to put the 2 triple A batteries into each of the controllers and then attach he controllers onto the pads. In terms of intensity you can definitely feel the vibrations around the 3-4 setting, the 6 different programs to me feels like they don’t do much, but it could just vary to each person. I would recommend washing the part where you are going to put the pad on before you use them, it helps the pad stick; other people have said they experienced the pads feeling loose but I haven’t experienced that myself and if they do come loose you always have the additional gel pads provided. All in all it’s a decent unit and would recommend you to getting in for the price.

I’ve tried all sorts of exercises and are currently doing some light work on a punchbag and a friend told me about these ab toners and convinced me to get one because I’m in my 40’s now and I’m a bit more reluctant to take my top off to go swimming with the children because the tummy isn’t as flat as it used to be.So I’ve taken the plunge and bought this one and it’s although an unusual feeling at first is lovely and easy to use with its three seperate battery powered controls, two arms pads and abs toner (including sticky pads).I’ve used it on a morning and every evening since it arrived and although it’s not going to show immediately I’ve been assured by my work colleague it will as long as I watch my calories still!!It’s a reasonably priced one but does the same as any other and I’m really impressed with it, first impressions!!

You can use it on various body parts, he's used it on his biceps and chest and after a weeks use he can see a difference.It feels almost like a tens machine sending pulses to his muscles and you can vary the speed of them to suit you.

Most people would like the gain without the pain, well this item will help its very easy to get started full instructions are supplied it is important to follow them please read first before use, so fit the battery/batteries connect (I went with the six pack first) to two click connectors, peel of the covers to the very sticky pads, make sure you get the position correct before you attach to your body and make sure the area is clean and dry as this will make the pads last longer. Make sure you start on the lowest setting to start, the first time you turn it on its a very strange sensation but you will soon be turning it up, please stick to the duration times in the instructions, I found this item very easy to set up and use and it comes with extra pads to keep you going, I am very pleased with it so far, hoping for a six pack. :-)

I love this purchase. Definitely used it everyday. Amazing! It definitely helped me reduce a lot of my body weight. It is extremely comfortable and it is certainly an efficient way of losing weight. When you put the 'pads' on, it vibrates my muscles. I also like the colour of the pads. It is so comfortable when you put it on, it feels like you're not even wearing it. You can still wear it during exercise, it doesn't effect it at all. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to be fit!. This is so worth to buy..😀😀😘😘

I bought it because I wanted to work on my stomach muscles ..I have seen many such things but I never thought they were working ... I finally decided to buy and I was pleasantly surprised ... as I started to use I was very surprised ... my stomach muscles started to work out of which I am very happy .. now I am waiting for effects in cm ... I recommend 100%
