It fits a little tight, but it looks good. I wanted to buy this hat and accidentally bought the Parker floppy hat instead. That hat for great and felt really nice on my head, but I didn't care for the style, so I returned it and purchased this hat.This hat is the style I was looking for, but fits a lot snugger on my head. I normally wear a size 7 3/4 in baseball hats, so I ordered an extra large. If you're a 7 1/2 it will probably fit you perfectly.The leather is thick and feels durableThe wire brim is nice for reshaping and adjusting. Sometimes I bend the brim down a bit as the sun gets low and I keep it out of my eyes.It's handmade and has a sort of imperfect look to it. Don't expect it to be perfectly symmetrical. This hat is more of a daily driver than a luxury model.The strap is glued on, but it's not obvious unless you're inspecting the hat up close, so it might bother you when you're looking at it, but honestly no one else has even noticed. Most people are at least 6 feet away these days anyway.

Good quality and the natural leather is really nice.

Fits great and for the large it's true to size. Bent and formed great. Will look a lot better once the brown ages and gets darker. Great heavy leather so more of a cooler weather hat but comfy

I bought this hat to use on my adventures when I got tired of wearing beanies or caps. I used it while hiking, fishing and around town in all kinds of different weather conditions as well.So far it has held on so far, but I left it out on my dashboard for a long time that it shrank and became very dry. I used mink oil to condition the hat and add an extra layer of protection. It came back to life with ease! In fact, it looks waaaaaaay better than when it was new! It gave the brown leather a darker color and was able to improve the shaping on the seams at the top of the hatThe band is glued on and stitched at two different points but easily removeable. I removed it and cleaned up the glue points and used a lighter on the loose stitching, so far its looking a lot more premium than before and can't wait until I find a better-looking band.The hat is really nice for the price and the fact that its real leather, it can last a long time. If the threading becomes loose, just stitch it again and keep going! Great value product for the money, which is so rare nowadays.

Disliked the fit--I have a size 7 head, which is a medium. This hat was a bit large for a medium, but I can adjust the band for that. What was really disappointing was the lack of the promised "metal wire" for shaping the brim. It isn't there. The hat was well protected for shipping, but the brim did get a bit out of sorts. Kind of expected that, which is why I ordered the model with the wire for shaping. The wire that isn't there so I can shape the brim the way I want it. Quality control missed this one.

These fit larger hat sizes well. The wife loves the one I got her. Kind of heavy.

The hat was package fairly well so it didn't get crushed in shipping. You could tell from the box that it took a good hit(s) but the hat wasn't damaged. The hat sizes indicated are right on so order your correct size. It looks great and made of good quality materials. For me, it makes for a nice everyday hat to wear but I haven't worn it on any rainy days (and probably won't) so I can't say anything about what effect water has on it. Since it's hand made, there are some noticeable things but I think it all adds to the uniqueness about the hat. Mine showed some hot glue ooze from under the hat band but the glue was easily removed.
