Function: Great! Does exactly what it says it will do. Skin feels silky smooth and not greasy! Love it! Factors: it goes on non-greasy, soaks in quickly, there isn't any scent. It's a really nice lotion and a little goes a surprisingly long way, thankfully. Value: for what it does, it's a great value. But for the amount you get, not so much. Because it is only a small amount, I have to use it sparingly and not every day. If it came in larger amount, I could use it more liberally and daily and would probably see even better outcomes. I have a lot of sun damage on my legs and in this case, more would probably equal better. At 29ish dollars, the lotion seems like a good deal if you replenish once a month. But to be able to use it at the rate I'd like, I would have to buy multiple bottles per month. Then it becomes 60 to 90 per month expense which approaches the expense of a more exclusive brand per month.

I tried other brands first and didn’t notice any results after using for a month. Noticed results with this lotion after on use. Very very smooth and soft skin that lasted for days after first use. Gentle formula with no drying effects, except on palms of hands, easily washed away. The only negative is the smell of this lotion. Kind of a mildew, musty smell. Especially bad if you use on neck and chest. I have to overlay with a scented collagen lotion after it soaks in. I wish they would fix this. I will look for another product in the meantime. But it will be hard to beat the results of this product.

This lotion is the best I have ever tried. It really has improved the look of my neck, chest, shoulders, arms. Anywhere you use it basically. I sometimes will use this on my face and it is great for that as well but, I normally use PC clinical Retinol for the face. Great results from that product as well. I have repurchased this item several times and have looked high and low for a dupe product that is like this. There isn't one that I can find. It runs out very quickly and it becomes expensive. I was running out of it very quickly when I first was using it and needed it full strength. Now that my skin is improved from this product I can use it less often or I mix it with other beautypedia approved lotion to make it more cost effective. Once your skin is healthier from using it you can reduce number of applications or mix it to keep your skin radiant. Wish there was a cheaper alternative but, it's true that you get what you pay for. All of the PC products I have used have been skin game changers for me. It is in my opinion that out of the many brands that I have tried paulas choice gives results. I now will only purchase and use PC products due to the fact that my 50 year old skin looks ten years younger from PC products. This has all been in the last six months. My only regret is not finding this brand years ago. I like to order products from Amazon prime when I need them fast otherwise I will get them through the Paula's choice site direct so I can get the free samples that come with every order and the deals that they run almost all the time.

I'm only giving this 3 stars because the small bottle is too expensive to last only 2 1/2 weeks! Not even using it every single day, it was empty in 2 1/2 weeks! I really wanted to use more each time because you need a lot to cover your body, but I kept my "dosage" to one pump per body part each day. In that amount of time, I wasn't able to see any results. Maybe if I bought 6 bottles and used it for 3 months I would, but I'm afraid to take that chance.

Being a male, what do I know. That said, I watched a YouTube video with two dermatologists and the recommended this as the best general skin product with Retinol. I've tried many expensive products, both scam external creams and pills, that are supposed to improve the skin from within. This cream has had the best results in smoothing the skin on my hands and reducing the brown age spots. Not only that, but it was the least expensive of the products I've tried.I recommend it.

I love this lotion. I have some damaged skin on my arms and my face started using this on my arms and within a week I could tell the difference I love it. I will continue using it. It is so worth the money it absorbs. Great moisture I suggest you put a sunscreen over the top of it

The smell is funky but very common for retinol products. I was not sure if it was working the first weeks but after more than a month using it regularly (sometimes twice per day) the marks have fade significantly
