Rain pants not what I consider "Textile"
Returned then, a little off in fitment and these are not riding pants, just rain pants. Textile implies broader function to me than just PVC style lined pants.

Good product.
Bought these to help with the cold. They fit well and reduce wind and cold on your legs. Just don't like the pad on the back wish there was a way to remove it.
