The handle is cheaply designed and made, the latch mechanism is poorly designed - good news is that the blade seem good and will fit Xacto style handles. Would not purchase again.

I got this a few months back for crafts. I use wood a lot. The blades are flimsy and take a bit to get used to to not bend them. They get the job done. I still have it and still use it. I used it yesterday to cut a piece of cedar for a project.

A piece of trash! I couldn't even get that tiny keyhole blade out of that handle when it was supposed to be unlocked and come out by simply pushing on that serrated plastic piece.Instead of replacing the item and apologizing for the defected product, the seller suggested that I was to ask someone else in my household to help me, or take the knife to a hobby store and ask a 'professional'!!!? That was not the kind of advise I expected. I AM the head of my household of one and I had been building models and using other brands of tools for decades!I would suggest staying away from this inexpensive set and opt for X-acto and also just stay away from this seller too. I hate posting such negative feedback but I also dislike being insulted from afar this way.

Works as intended, would be nice if there were other blade options (finer for example) otherwise its as expected and works well.
