The product is a nice design but the Gold Text has almost worn away in only two weeks, this is not good enough.

Faded after 4 months, lots of chips and scratches
I have had Ted Baker phone cases for the last 3 phones that I have owned spanning approx 6 years. This is the most disappointing case I have had. I have had it for 4 months now and the gold writing on the front has almost completely faded off, so it looks like it's just a plain black case. Also, it's really scratched and chipped all over the gold lining. I am really disappointed with this product; a lot of money for bad quality.

Letters fading but amazon refunding and will reorder

Good robust product. Overall good experience to date.
Just one problem. Received two of them. Have to return one . Hopefully the return will be treated as urgent and a refund made without any problem.

A great choice!
I love this case! It’s practical with the front covered as well as the back but isn’t too chunky like some others I’ve had. Elegant case whilst providing good protection.
