Works well. Test is easy to use and understand. Results were pretty fast. Side note: Maybe im just a baby, but those Lancets hurt like heck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I send this sample in and in the kit it said you don't need to answer certain questions if you aren't sending in that kind of sample. (Was for menstral sample) so I left them blank. Get an email 3 weeks later saying they can't continue without that information. So gave it to them. Week later I get another email saying they can't process my sample now to respond and they will try and further assist me. Assist me in what? What a waste of time and money and no answers.

I love this company. It helped me get to the bottom of my health problems. I lost 30 pounds in 6 months!!

The directions were easy to follow and the online video really helped to support the written instructions. I appreciate being able to easily do this at home although I found that it was not easy for me to get the adequate sample amount. One drop was not quite in the circle, so I am nervous that my sample will be thrown out. I sent my test on Friday and will not hear back until this coming Friday. The time it takes to get results is nerve racking, but I liked the convenience of my home rather than a doctor's office.

I bought this knowing up front the test had to be mailed off but I didn't know it was going to be in the mail for 5 days then say the business is closed it'll have to be delivered 2days from now. Jesus the whole point was to get some answers but who knew a blood test can be in the mail this long and still be okay. I guess we'll see of and when it arrives

Well.. that was a huge waste of money.I'm 40 and figured it'd be cool to get a baseline read on my hormone levels as I enter the perimenopausal timeframe. I spent an afternoon research tests, making sure I was testing the right hormones, and placed an order for this Everlywell kit. Waited to get it, psyched myself up to prick my fingers, opened the package and... lo and behold. A disclaimer right away that if you are on any kind of hormonal birth control, including an IUD, they don't recommend using this test.THAT WOUD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW UP FRONT IN THE DESCRIPTION.I don't know if they'll let me return this since the exterior wrap is opened... but this was a pointless purchase and a huge waste of my time. Retailer, please update your product description to save other people the same trouble.

I purchased the perimenopause test and followed the instructions precisely. Working in a hospital I was able to get a nurse to help with collecting the blood droplets on the card. We filled every hole perfectly. Shipped it off with the info sheet. A week letter I get a message saying they need the same questions answered. I answered them again. Almost 3 weeks go by and I get an email saying there is a problem with your lab specimen and we need you to start over with a new kit. Absolutely not. I gave them exactly what they needed and they dropped the ball twice. Not only that but it took 3 weeks for them to tell me they weren’t processing it when I was supposed to have results in 5 days. Waste of money. Thankfully, amazon are refunding.

This test was a little disappointing. I don't think you get enough information for the price. I would go with another company if i needed another one.
