Great Rice.
Love, love, love this rice. Cooks well, tastes good. A little overpriced, but basmati rice is expensive these days. My family loves it when cooked as coconut rice, just wash rice, when water is clear pour a can of coconut milk and same amount of water to the pot of rice, add a tablespoon of oil and salt to taste, allow to cook on medium heat, when all the liquid is absorbed eat with sauce, meat and veggies of choice. I usually eat it with tomato stew with lamb chops(sometimes fish) and string beans. Buy it and enjoy.

My Favorite Rice
I love this rice, I cook it in a rice cooker with some beef or chicken base to flavor it. Great product.

Great Basmati Rice
This is one of the good basmati rice I’ve eaten, just make sure you rinse the rice before cooking, run under water until it runs clear add a teaspoon of oil or butter, then add enough water to cover the rice maybe about half an inch above rice level, steam on medium heat and once it absorbs the water it should be done. Serve with your favorite stew or sauce and vegetables. Yum. I make coconut rice with it with fried plantains.

Mom says it's the best Persian rice, good enough for me but I also completely agree.
EDIT: These USED to be the best basmati rice, but since a few months into the pandemic started there is a horrible, overwhelming, STINK to it.I'm not sure if the issue is the supply, wherever this rice comes from, storage or what, but what made this rice fantastic was its aroma. Now it's the reason you should buy any other brand.I've tried a bag every 4 months or so, last one arriving in Aug 2021, and it still smell horrible.----Original, pre-pandemic review:If you are making Persian rice, this is the one to go with. The scent, length, taste... it's phenomenal.I've had 3 of these bags so far, not one bug. Not sure where the ones in the negative reviews came from. Glad they didn't stop me buying this.

Not as good as I was expecting
They tout that they have extra long grains but that's not the case. I followed the directions to a T. I even tried Persian style of cooking rice, yet no matter what I did the rice came out like typical Basmati rice, not extra long. Not as much fragrance as you would expect from a premium Basmati either. Still, overall it's a good rice, but not much more.

Long lasting, Great change, Versatile!
I have subscribed to this rice and so glad I did. It is very good and one bag lasts us about 3 months. (There are two of us, but I am gluten free so we eat a lot of rice.) I also use this rice to make white rice flour by grinding it in our coffee grinder. This rice apparently contains less arsenic than many other varieties and is a fairly long grain so we enjoy it a lot more than the standard white rice.
