Toner Tap refills for Phaser 7800
After facing the expense of buying new OEM cartridges and having had less than stellar results when I had bought non OEM printing cartridges in the past...I decide to give Toner Tap a try. It takes a little patience to refill the cartridges without making a mess but once you get the hang of it... it can be done neatly in a few minutes per cartridge.I have completed three cycles of all four color cartridges for our machine and have been extremely pleased with the results.Money in the bank if you are willing to work a little for it.

Did not work — defective chips—terrible refund experience
I ordered this product to save money. I thought it was worth the hassle, but a week or so after I refilled the cartridges, the printer said the completely full cartridges were "empty" or "missing." One by one the chips started to go bad a week after I installed them. After installing and reinstalling them several times and restarting the printer dozens of times, they sent me a whole new batch of chips. One week later, the same thing started happening. After going for almost two weeks without a printer, I replaced them with cartridges from another vendor.When I asked for a refund, they said they would only refund the cost of the chips, since I wasn't returning the toner I had already poured into my now-useless cartridges. Outrageous!!! Buyer beware.

absolutely satisfied
I've tried a couple of different toners and settled on Toner Tap. They ship promptly and the toner is easy to use. Other toners I've tried had bad chips and the machine wouldn't recognize a full cartridge but Toner Taps chips work. Only once did a chip not work but they're replacing it. When I e-mailed customer service I got a quick answer and easy resolution.
