WE were introduced to this product during a stay at a Best Western Plus Hotel. Immediately we could see that the combination of the shampoo and conditioner synergistically worked together to create a soft and manageable result; there was no need for additional styling products for my thin hair. I have actually thinned the products slightly before using in the shower and am still happy with the results. The Citrus scent is not overpowering (to me) and in a hot shower it almost has a spa-effect!

I love these products. The fragrances are amazing and they work well.

Love, love, LOVE this. Gets hair squeaky clean and smells great. Wish it wasn't so expensive. And wish there was a conditioner too.

I like the shampoo because it has clean ingredients. It has a pump top which makes it so much easier to use. It lathers up great and smells so nice. Would definitely recommend

Too bad about the delivery -- I lost at least one inch of product from one of the two bottles I ordered. The cap was at fault, NOT the plunger. Both caps were loose, (one more than the other) and it made a gooey mess inside the plastic wrapper. Good thing it WAS wrapped; but the cap should be secured TIGHT for shipping.Otherwise it is an excellent shampoo. It seems like they use good, natural ingredients. making for smooth and good smelling hair. Neither greasy nor dry. Pricey but worth it as long as you don't lose some in shipping.

It took me a minute to figure out how the dispenser worked on this bottle. You have to elevate the nozzle to get the shampoo to come out. Then I had to press down on the dispenser a number of times to get an adequate amount of the liquid to wash my hair. While initially I was slightly flummoxed by this process I soon realized that hey, this way the product will last a lot longer because it doesn't take very much to do the job and making it more difficult to dispense is a good thing because then I won't be wasting any shampoo. That's a good thing. The other product I had been using previously pours out of the bottle like water and I would usually get too much in my hand. Once it is out of the bottle I'm not going to put it back in. Wasteful and it gets used up faster.The shampoo has a nice fragrance, It seems mild and hopefully it won't dry out my hair. Winter is coming and that's my usual issue, the dry air and a drying shampoo can really make my hair feel like straw and my my scalp can get itchy. After the first wash with this stuff I am quite pleased with it. And it has all the natural aspects I look for in a shampoo.
