I Love these! Great for spring and St. Patricks Day. One string looks almost as good as pearls to wear to church.

I "needed" to make a King cake in September for myself and three friends. I was delighted to be able to find Mardi Gras beads well out of season! I would have been even more delighted, however, if one string hadn't been broken.There are four strands of each color, which worked out perfectly. They look great from a distance, but the way the strands are joined is really cheap: two partial beads are glued together into one lumpy blob (see photo with white circle).I had no expectation of heirloom quality, so these were perfectly serviceable for my little celebration. I kept the broken strand for myself and simply taped it together (glue didn't hold). All other strands held up just fine while they were worn, and everyone enjoyed them.The beads met the main goals: perfect quantity, quick arrival, good price, and festive. Overall, I was quite satisfied with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  These lovely little beaded necklaces added color and a festive atmosphere to my Mardi Gras themed gathering. They were just like the beads you get in Cajon restaurants and in New Orleans. I added them to some beaded necklaces that I already had.

Your basic Mardi Gras beads that are fun to wear for Fat Tuesday!

They are great as long as you don’t play with them too much. The green comes off onto your hands if handled too much. My kids had green on their hands and broke half of them pretty quick. But I think for adults, they would be better.
