Black Pivotell Vibratime Vibrating Reminder Watch - with up to 8 Alarms per Day

The watch was bought to help my 5 year old son who struggles with toileting ATM. It’s set to go off every hour at school to remind him to go to the toilet, otherwise he has accidents. It fits his wrist on the smallest hole setting (a little loosely but not an issue) and looks smart and unobtrusive, like a wristband. It vibrates effectively so that it’s only obvious to him, and he really likes that as he felt self conscious about wearing one at first. It’s basic but easy to program, and easy to charge. The battery lasts for days, which I was surprised by. So far it’s been really useful and just what was needed. A worthwhile purchase for us!

Stopped charging after a few weeks

It's easy to set and change the time and the times of the alarms - as well as turn them on and off. I bought this as a mindfulness aid - to give me reminders to be mindful in everyday life. It works perfectly for this purpose. The vibrating alarms are silent but strong enough to serve as an alarm clock and wake me up too. You can let the vibrations go on for 20 seconds or press one of the buttons to stop them. It charges very quickly - maybe within half an hour - and the charge lasts for about a week. Very pleased with it :)

Relatively simple to set and the vibration does work but is also not intrusive. Battery lasts longer than a week after charging. Only complaint is that I wanted to buy one for my husband but the strap is not long enough sadly.

Good, strong strap which is also comfortable. The alarm is fairly easy to set and it's possible to set multiple ones. The vibration is strong enough to wake someone up and easy to stop.My Mum has to take tablets three times a day and has said this is a godsend as she doesn't need to think about it at all until her alarm goes off.

Great watch. Does exactly what I need it to. Was a bit of a pain to understand to get times set up initially as despite following instructions the system wouldn't accept them. Actually have no idea how they did in the end - I think I just got lucky! But now with the times set up they are easy to adjust and the watch is a great discreet reminder - much better than a phone alarm blaring out. Only complaints are that the strap seems to have become loose very quickly so that the time piece keeps dropping out (have bought a new strap and hoping that solves the issue). Also there is no reminder/alert of low battery - you have to keep checking - so I've been left with a dead watch and no alarm more than once!UPDATE 04/07/20: After 4 months watch started malfucntioning (resetting and numbers fading out). Pivotell replaced it. Today (8 months later) timepiece has dropped out AGAIN and is now lost. Extremely frustrating. It seems to be the most discrete reminder watch on the market compared to the retro digital ones that predominate, but this is a MASSIVE DESIGN FLAW. Being able to change your timepiece to a different coloured strap is really not as important as keeping the timepiece in the first place!!!

The watch has been a really great find: it has helped me to maintain my morning routine and focus at work by regular, discreet alarms.Yet I don’t have this watch anymore, and in hindsight the reason was obvious. The watch component sits in the plastic straps, but the plastic is quite flimsy and only loosely hold the watch in place. While travelling, I had a large coat on and the watch kept rubbing up against the sleeve and pulling on the watch. I think what must of happened is that as a result of the rubbing, the watch was pulled back and the watch fell out. I didn’t know about this until a few hours later when I took the watch off.If I were to improve the watch? (a) improve the strap to hold the watch better and be of a better quality, and (b) half the price, this isn’t worth £30.

I have bought two of these wrist alarms, one for my husband who needs it as a medication reminder for his Parkinson's, and one for myself as back up. We are very pleased with them, they are light to wear and work extremely well. When I realised that the first one had a faulty battery ( it needed recharging every day as opposed to the second one which lasts the best part of a fortnight) a very helpful person at Pivotell replaced it immediately and when I enquired about getting a longer strap, ( I have slightly chubby wrists! ) they sent me one free of charge. I was very impressed with the service and am also very pleased with the product.

Bin mit der Armbanduhr voll zufrieden, sieht auch Tagsüber gut aus, ist leicht zu bedienen (braucht am Anfang nur etwas Übung) liegt ganz leicht, fast unbemerkt um den Arm. Ist bis jetzt die beste Lösung für ein Wecker, dient in der Nacht auch als kleine Taschenlampe, per Knopfdruck. Und was für mich wichtig war, das es keinerlei Bestrahlung abgibt, wie z.B. Funkwecker, etz. Würde die nochmal kaufen.

Wenn man einmal die Alarm-Zeiten eingestellt hat, macht diese Uhr genau das, was sie soll.
