This was good for a few weeks and served it's purpose. I put essential oils in the water also for when I was congested, etc. It fit perfectly in my car also. Only thing is that after a while the material starts to stink - it's a sour smell that you can't really do anything about. For the price it's great, but if you need something long term I'd go with something you won't have to throw out in a couple of months.
