Drive Accessories KT-1009-15MBK, Toyota Solara, 15" Matte Black Replica Wheel Cover, (Set of 4)

My white 2009 Nissan Versa is one of the most non-descript, common-looking cars on the road; to be honest, it looks somewhat like a marshmallow on wheels! When I lost one of the original silver-colored factory wheel covers heaven-knows-where, and was driving around with one black wheel vs. 3 silver wheels, I had an epiphany. Black wheels looked much cooler (this coming from a 50-something-year-old conservative female). And so began my search for black wheel covers. Couldn't find anything in the right size or that I liked at any local shopping outlets, i.e. WalMart and the usual auto supply stores. So I went to amazon.com and found these very cool black wheel covers. They not only look good, they were easy to install, inexpensive, and are easier to clean when I wash my car than my car's previous wheelcovers. Black wheelcovers add a sporty look to an otherwise uninteresting looking car. Are you game? Go for it : )

The 4 wheelcovers were delivered when they were supposed to. I installed all 4 with no problem, but when I went over railroad tracks (10 minutes after installation) I hear one pop off and watch as it slowly rolled away from my car. None of the 4 stay in, regardless of where the metal wire is situated. These are attractive, but they don't work. I'm so fed up with Amazon's products, I don't even want to deal with the hassle of returning this item. I solved the problem by cable tie-ing the covers to my steel wheels. Luckily both tie and cover are dark black so you can't tell, but SERIOUSLY?!? Unless you want to do what I did, don't purchase.Sean,99' accord,15 inch wheels.

As someone who works in the plastics industry I can very easily see the flaws in the molding process. However from a couple of feet away you will never know. They are made from poly pro and that is tough and a little flexible which is good. They look good on my vehicle that is a peice of crap! But whatever it now looks some what reasonable.

They look great! They will fall off easily though if you don't use tie straps to hold them in place.

Paper thin. Two of the covers had missing inner tabs on them upon delivery. Upon arrival, I could tell that they were junk (so there was no use in even bother returning), but I figured I'd see if they'd stay on with one tab missing on (again) two different covers. They didn't, and one of the ones that was in good shape just "broke" - within one week.I've always had excellent luck with Amazon, so it was really a surprise to see them selling such an inferior product. I will stay far away from anything that says "Drive Accessories" on it forever onward...

I put these on my car and within an hour 2 of the four had fallen off. They are very cheep and not build well.

This caps make your standard wheels look much more stylish, the will do for now until I can afford the real matte rims.
