Don't order online got broken pieces
Glasses were broken even after packing. Better not to buy online

Not so good
Product was good, but packaging was poor. One of the items was broken and everything was packed in wet material. Like the newspaper the cardboard box everything was damp and wet.

Decent product
The clay cups are decent in quality, the pricing is quite high but they are also delivering it, so it's fine I guess.

For the price I paid, I expected something with a better finish. But it's just an ordinary item which if we buy from local people, would get it for dirt cheap price.

Superb!!
Excellent product! Brought back the memories of kullad chai at station! Very well packed .All cups in perfect condition. Have to immerse in water for few hours before using and they are ready to use.

Just got all of them broken not even a single cup was ok .....big disappointed from Amazon this time ....like i have never been this disappointed in any product of Amazon but this time i just wasted my money....couldn't post pics bcoz i already thrown them..😑

Packaging and handling must be improved
Three out of six cups were found damaged upon opening the package. I decided not to return it considering the low value of the package and to support the seller.
