Don’t buy the IPA.
The IPA is terrible. Undrinkable. Tastes like a bitter dish soap.Their Oatmeal Stout, however, is very good.

Tastes like a real hoppy, IPA!
I have beel clean and sober for 23 years and the whole time I have wished that someone made a near beer that was worth drinking. My favorite brew was Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and I missed it terribly. On a whim I googled non-alcoholic beer the other day and came across Bravus IPA, Clausthaler dry hopped and Surreal Brewing red IPA. I got all 3 to try. First was the Clausthaler because Total wines did/does not carry Bravus in Daly City. The Clausthaler dry hopped is good, very good in fact. I was totally happy with it. Until I tried the Bravus IPA. The flavor of the Bravus is out of this world! Totally hoppy with a citrusy note and a nice aftertaste that doesn't taste watery like a lot of near beers. Now I will say this, it probably isn't everyone's cup of tea. If you do not like extremely hoppy brews, you won't like the Bravus IPA. My girlfriend has tasted it twice and disliked it both times. The pic shows the Bravus red IPA as well and if you don't like hoppy, try that instead. It is a LOT less hoppy and maltier. It doesn't do it for me but that doesn't mean it isn't good, just not my thing. Bravus also makes an Oatmeal Stout that is ok but compared to Samual Smith's, it pales. Samual Smith's has a very complex flavor profile where the Bravus is more singular. Samual Smith's Oatmeal Stout isn't alcohol free so it really isnt a fair comparison. If you like really hoppy ales give the Bravus a try but try to find it locally or order it from their website. The shipping can be expensive but, for me, the cost is worth it. I have a case being shipped as I am writing this, and since I'm down to my last one in the fridge, I can't wait for it to get here!

Not good - bready and metalic
Bought a 12 pack directly from the brewery - finally received an email that it was shipping. Delivered quickly after a slow start to get shipped from Brewery. Excited to try as I've been exploring the other excellent craft breweries that are putting out NA IPAs. Opened a can and the smell was not good, no hoppy nose and a weird bread smell. The taste was just awful. I actually spit it out. A combo of a metallic and bread taste, hard to describe. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch from the brewery so when I was at total wine I saw it and picked up some more for another try. Ugh, more money down the drain - literally, that's where it went. Live and learn I guess. I've heard their Porter is good and I commend them for doing what they are - brewing an NA beer. However, this beer is just no good in my opinion. Fortunately I had a 4 pack of Chandalier IPA by Surreal Brewery as my 5 star back up. Please Amazon, don't take this 1 star review off like you've done in the past. Bravus needs to do better if I'll ever try their beer again.

Looks and tastes like an IPA!
I've tried many non-alcoholic beers and most, if not all, leave a lot to be desired. I read a review online decided to try this beer. I picked up two 4-packs at Total Wine. I forgot to take a photo (sorry!), but let me tell you: it looks like beer! And the best part: it tastes like an IPA. It's smooth and extremely drinkable. There is a little something of an "aftertaste" after each sip, but it's minimal. Overall, it's a great beer. I will purchase it again.

The best NA beer Ive ever had
Ive tried a lot of different non alcoholic brews over the years, and this is clearly the best. Good body, the right aroma and mouthfeel, and a good beer taste. Really a nice surprise to find.
