Delta Stood behind their Warranty!!!
I purchased this shower head in October 2019 and it got installed in January when I had a new shower installed in my home. I was impressed off the bat with the great water pressure the shower head has. I have good pressure in my home but sometimes shower heads make it weaker and this did not! In the 2+ years I have used it it has been perfect, the other day I noticed the handheld portion was splitting. I called Delta this morning not having high hopes that they would honor the limitied lifetime warranty. The agent had me send pictures of the shower head and the invoice and they have ordered me a whole new shower head at no cost to me. They really stood behind their warranty and they sent me an email while I was on the phone, waited for the pictures and invoice and got it all taken care of in one call. I will continue to purchase Delta products due to this interaction with them.

I enjoy this showerhead very much
I enjoy this showerhead very much!PRO:- The finish looks great.- The detachable shower head fits very snuggly into the fixed showerhead cradle. It's not loose or flimsy at all.- Installation is simple.- The hose connecting the handheld sprayer is made of individual metal coils, and lies perfectly flat whether the water is on or off, unlike some cheap handheld sprayers with plastic hoses.- The button switch on the handheld sprayer and the toggle switch on the fixed shower head both function easily and work well stopping or redirecting output.CON:- The volume of water coming out appears high, but the pressure seems a bit on the weak side to me when all three streams are opened. I prefer using the stream from the fixed shower head, and the narrow streams from the handheld unit, while deactivating the "soaker" stream in the middle of the handheld sprayer. The weak pressure may be because of my household plumbing.- I wish the hose was a little longer. I have a large shower stall that;s about 3'x6' and I can't stretch it all the way to the other side and use the handheld sprayer comfortably, but again that's a function of my particular setup and may not be a problem for others.TIPS:- Use teflon tape on the male threads of the shower supply pipe when attaching this shower head to prevent any leaks. The connection for the handheld sprayer do not need teflon tape.- Be careful if using tools to tighten the connection, as you can mar the finish, or crack the couplings.

delta in2ition ss shower head
They call the finish here stainless steel but it can pass for brushed nickel - I know because it matches the other hardware in my bathroom which is brushed nickel. One is supposed to be 'cooler' and the other 'warmer' but your mileage may vary.As for the focus on the product itself- how does it shower? very well actually. I have always been into the water saving shower heads to save money and to preserve pressure.Since we had low pressure in our hot water lines (buildup over 50 years) I was sensitive to how shower heads react to this and was the reason I always preferred the low gpm showerheads. Traditionally they were less sensitive to pressure since they didn't flow much by design. I never remove the flow restrictor if there is one because I feel that defeats the purpose. The real annual cost difference (read consumption) between 1.5gpm and 2.5 ended up being too close to call due to variances in usage and no longer became a primary concern. With this showerhead I don't have to worry about that anymore. Going from a top end low-flow to this was like going from an amazing garden hose to fire hose.Previously I tried the american standard flowise, and the waterpik ecoflow, (both excellent) and while those were 1.5gpm and this is 2.5 gpm it was not a given that the gpm would determine how well it showered. I have a hansgrohe raindance at 2.5 in another bathroom without pressure issues, and since that is a rainshower the water feels 'heavier' as it falls but still doesn't come out with 'pressure'. It's a preference issue. Some like to stand under falling water, others like to stand in a spray. This one definitely sprays. The waterpik was quieter (the hansgrohe raindance the quietest) but this has huge coverage which none of the others came close to.There are 3 main settings, the outer ring only - which has a speakman cone style of coverage in wide form. Then the wand only, and of course the setting for both. I prefer outer the cone only, and for kids use the wand only - but the wand itself has 2 different settings as well. Narrow cone (mini version of the main cone) and center blast. The main selector for switching between wand and outer cone is worth mentioning as it is a nice piece with a satisfying click that feels quality. The metal also feels like quality, as does the hose. The wand also has a nice button to change modes like the hansgrohe so going back to a shower that requires turning the face itself seems silly now. What I find interesting is that the showerhead doesn't send the spray as a cylinder (think hansgrohe clubmaster) but as a large cone - your entire body feels the pressure from the showerhead. I don't use the wand-only feature because the streams are narrower that way. (good for a power rinse though) Nor the mix of wand and outer cone because it halves the pressure on each and that defeats the purpose.I prefer the outer cone only because it is a good mix of pressure and coverage. The downside is you can't leave the shower door open when waiting the 20 seconds for the water to heat up because it will spray the bathroom.if you're used to good pressure showers then you can buy this for aesthetics or function. But if you're used to poor pressure showers its amazing that you can get this amount of 'push' on your body with no changes in plumbing - just the fixture.

$300 worth of plastic
This unit, at three hundred bucks, is entirely plastic with the possible exception of the hose. I am returning this and buying an all-metal one from Hammerhead showers.

Love the feel of the water falling
Definately an improvement from my old shower head. Love the feel of the water falling. Feels like rain or a waterfall. Downside is that when you use both the shower head and the handheld wand, the water pressure is significantly weaker. So if you were expecting to use both at once, you might have some issues. Also there are lots of plastic pieces, including the knob to switch which shower head the water comes out of. I fear that it might break in the future.

Spoil yourself, you're worth it
Installs easily in a couple of minutes. I have it set so water comes out the outer ring and the middle ring of sprays and it seems like the water just gushes out. Upgraded from a waterpik which got the job done just fine but this is a clear upgrade. It's probably a little more expensive than it should be because it seems like it's mostly plastic construction but you won't be disappointed. It comes highly recommended from thesweethome site and they're not wrong.

It's amazing. Amazing spray of water
$180 for a faucet? Seemed rather high, but I thought I'd give it a try since it came in #1 in rating at gizmodo. And quite well deserved. It's amazing. Amazing spray of water, with multiple modes. Worth every penny. The kind of shower head that you want to show off to people.
