Quality Item
These cups are my favorite mugs for cold drinks. I have not tried them for anything hot, although I'm assuming it would keep them warm for a long period of time. They wash up nicely in the dishwasher.

Good mugs for the Price
I just used these mugs for 2 days now and they work great at keeping coffee hot for a long time, for the first time i can drink a cup and it staying hot till i finish drinking. The quality is very good and the handle shape and size is perfect for me , however the size is misleading it says 14oz but when i selected a 10oz from my Kurieg coffee maker i could only put 2oz of creamer in and it was almost to the rim and hade to sip some out to put the lid on, other then this i am very pleased with the mugs.

Beautiful and functional!!
Love them. Just bought my second set. Keeps my coffee nice and hot and helps prevent spills while I’m playing on my computer. Nice and light with a very very secure handle to grasp. Reduces the chance of me dropping it

Easy to handle, keeps hot tea hot
I bought this set for my elderly husband’s birthday. Ill health has made him weak, and his meds make him shaky, so it was getting harder and harder for him to carry his mug of tea from the kitchen to where his computer is without spilling it. And in a regular mug, his tea got cold pretty fast.I spent hours online reading product descriptions, user reviews, and Q&A to find a mug that would meet these criteria: Lightweight. Successfully keeps hot tea hot while outside stays cool-ish. A cover secure enough to prevent spillover while carrying. Large, comfortable (i.e., rounded) handle. Easy to clean. Hopefully microwaveable. The only criterion this set did NOT meet was the last one, since stainless steel is NOT microwaveable.I’m repeating this for readers who persist in asking, “Are these mugs microwaveable?” The answer, firmly, is NO. But this was a reasonable trade-off, given the fact that these mugs meet every other criterion—and do so very well. The work-around, if you’d rather use the microwave than your kettle, is to boil the water in your usual mug (or a measuring cup) then pour it over the tea into the insulated mug. Boom. Problem solved.Bottom line: Hubby, who is very particular about having things Just Right, is really happy with this mug. His only complaint is that when his tea is boiling hot, the steam comes out of the little hole opposite the hole to drink from. So as not to burn his nose, he removes the cover to drink, at least at first. But even when he leaves the cover off, he says his tea stays hot/warm enough, long enough. To maximize heat retention, heat the inside of the mug with boiling water or very hot tap water before adding your hot beverage. Also, keep the cover on with the openings closed for longest heat retention; just a quick flick of the fingers slides the top open and closed. (The top is not 100% leak-proof; if the mug tips over, liquid will drip/ooze out through the holes in the top, even if they're closed.)Another tip: While it seems ironic that tea would stain “stainless” steel (just as it stains porcelain), the good news is that stains are easily removed with a small amount of a commercial non-abrasive powder or paste, or with baking soda. Rinse the inside of the mug so that it’s damp, sprinkle the cleaner on a damp sponge, rub gently with the grain, and voilà: stains gone.

Hot is not so hot
I purchased this mug to keep my coffee hot. I have a tendency to let it sit while i do some work and then come back to drink more. I was hoping this mug would let my coffee hot longer. So far not happening. Heat lasts about 1 hour, not 4 like description claims. I have this stars because I like the look of the mug and it comes with a cover. Not totally disappointed, but

Keeps my tea hot!
We keep our house pretty cool in the winter, so my morning mug of tea gets cold really fast in the ceramic mug I like. After leaving my mug in the microwave oven several times in a week, I decided to get an insulated mug and went to Amazon to comparison shop. I also compared reviews and mug covers, as there are a number of vendors selling this particular mug. I like the barrel shape, and I was fine with the mug being lightweight. OK Premium had a good price for a set of two and qualified for Prime shipping, so I took the plunge and purchased a set.My mugs arrived super fast, and I have been using one every morning since then. The outsideof the mug is never more than lukewarm to the touch, the handle is cool, and my tea is steaming hot. I choose not to use the cover, but I did test it for leakability. As long as the cover was on properly and the drinking and vent holes were completely closed, I could turn it upside down and have no leaking.Because I'm used to using a mug that gets hot to the touch, I have to remind myself that the tea is much, much hotter than this mug. It's not the same experience as my ceramic mug because it can't be, but the upside is that I can drink all of my tea while it is nice and warm and I no longer have to get up to reheat it five times. Drinking my tea doesn't take as long now because it stays the right temperature - nice!I am using my mug at home, so I don't have a lot of distractions, but if I were in an office, I might put a warming pad underneath it to help keep my drink warm for a longer period. Warming pad vendors recommend stainless steel cups with flat bottoms for good contact and heat conductivity; this mug has a slightly raised area on the bottom, but I believe contact would be pretty good. The barrel shape of the mug also makes it very stable, which I like.I've only been using this mug for about a week, so I can't speak to its durability, but it seems quite sturdy. Overall, I recommend it, and OK Premium.

Pretty and practical
These mugs are great! They hold in the heat much better than ceramic mugs. I did have a warranty issue and their customer service was wonderful and replaced my mug immediately.
