I only gave four stars because it was a little pricey. It's not a very bright light. But it works great over my sink. We actually attached it to the bottom of a shelf that is over my sink.

This is a nice fixture. Here’s some information about it for your consideration. The two down rods are sectional, each in four sections that thread together. We used only one section as we wanted this fixture to replace the existing similar design pewter one. BUT, please note, while very attractive, the grilled cones over the bulbs restrict effective light output. The antique style bulbs are really nice, but give off very little light. We tried regular bulbs, but that was still not enough. We ended up using the frosted glass bowls from the old light fixture (they fit perfectly) and we were in business. So if you like the style and want minimal lighting, these are for you. If you want regular room lighting, either buy something else or replace the bronze cones with glass ones. For what we needed, we are happy, but the price seemed kind of high for what we had to do.

Good quality. Great look. Love it and get complements. Definitely a more mood lighting light. Great for over our dining room table.

We bought these to go over our kitchen penninsula. Great aesthetics, but extremely impractical. They are so dim, I can hardly even tell they are turned on. We tried multiple different light bulbs (including the one that came with the fixture) but it is just not designed to light up an area. Would not recommend these.

Honestly, I am really not sure why this light has so many positive reviews - probably because they all got it for free as a test. For anyone paying for this lamp, not worth it. 1) it was not constructed properly that we would not hang the lamp level to our table. Because the screws and bolts on the physical light were not built properly, the poles would not sit at the same height making the light level. 2) it is very cheap looking and showed up with several scratches. If this is amazons new home line, I am really not impressed and would not recommend buying and their products based off my experience.

Installation was very easy. Used as a replacement for chandelier in entertainment center. As others noted, the lights that are received with the lamp provide very little illumination . I replaced them with some 60 watt vintage bulbs and it provide the perfect lighting over my bar . Total satisfied . Great value

I got this for a kitchen island because I found glass covers too bright for a work area. However, even with full strength lightbulbs installed, this doesn't quite give off enough light for the island. It's pretty and has a great price, so hopefully they'll bring it back (or something quite similar) with this problem addressed - needs a stronger downward angled light.
