Full disclosure, I was not expecting this thing to actually work! It comes with 3 plate attachments and was very easy to assemble. It worked well to make my own sausages and ground different meats with ease. It's easy to move around, not heavy at all and clean up was a breeze.

The media could not be loaded. Our Kitchener #12 electric meat grinder that we’ve used to process our venison for 15 years finally started screaming, so we ordered this one by Keenstar as a replacement. Side by side there is a significant size difference with the Keenstar being much smaller, so I didn’t expect the same performance. I’m impressed with its ability though – it doesn’t bog down and eats up the meat chunks easily. It grinds at about the same speed with the same amount of loudness. A couple of things I am not a fan of are: the height doesn’t allow the same size bowl underneath like we’re accustomed to, it gets hot after using continuously and the instructions say to let it cool down after 10 minutes of use, the instructions state do not put it in the dishwasher or use hot water to clean it – that’s just not safe when you’re dealing with raw meat, so we definitely use hot soapy water to clean the grinder. Overall, for $48.99 it fits the budget and does the job – we’ll just need some time to see how long it lasts.

The media could not be loaded. This machine is awesome. It comes with 3 plates small, med, and large, sausage stuffer and Kubbe Kit. very easy to assemble and to use. Make sure you use the pusher and not your hand or anything else for pushing the meat through the machine. I made sausage patty's and I am going to make some deviled ham next.

Coming from Europe I was feeling uncomfortable with the way the minced meat is sold here in the US. It is too thick, too rough, and difficult to get just right when cooling. Also I have no control over the meat they use to grind, so the types of cuts are not the best. With this I can determine exactly whet cuts of meat I choose and how find I want it to be grounded and it works perfectly! It is easy to clean afterward as well.

This meat grinder is a very simple design, and it is easy to use. It was easy to set up out of the box. It comes with three different blade and plate attachments. You can even stuff your very own sausage. This is great especially for anyone who wants to make more health-conscious decisions about their food and what they put in their body. This can also cube meat, for stews and you can grind your own hamburger meat with whatever cuts of meat you choose. This is a great tool to have in your kitchen and will inspire you to be different with your food in every good way possible.
