The tree die cuts very thin lines which results in a tree that stretches out of shape very easily. The sentiment cuts nicely.

One of the problems of getting a die with nothing with it showing what are the important bits. I think I ran this through 3 times chenging the direction of the 'sandwich' each time. It took about 4 tries before I got it right and got the usual parts to make a card with. At least I now have several spare Santa in his sleigh pieces. Those trees though have to be cut very well so that they will come apart easily. It was only with my last attempt that I got the cut that I wanted and the trees out without tearing. Now that I know what I am doing, I think it will be much easier and with using the right color of paper should be able to produce a nice Christmas card, or even just a winter one and leave Santa out. Even cut some more trees from other dies and attach more trees towards the front and a Buck highlighted by the moon. I like getting dies that give me more ideas for how to use them. Even my bits and pieces of the mistakes I made while trying this die out, I can think of other uses for them so I will be keeping them. Such as I now have a lot of evergreen tree silhouettes which can always come in handy. I think this die would look good as well perhaps on a circle base which I will need to try when not so tired.I appreciate the opportunity to try this die out. Thank you.
