Second Cruiser in 4 years
We liked the first generation cruiser so much we added another.This time a black one but not step through. A few upgrades noted but essentially the same as white step through version.Great frame for heavier riders.

Aggrivating Customer Service
I bought three Himiway Electric Bikes as Father's Day gifts, and while the bikes themselves were supposed to come with accessories, those accessories never arrived. I reached out to Amazon and contacted Himiway directly five separate times, hoping for a resolution. It’s now September, and despite my repeated efforts, I still haven’t heard back from either Amazon or Himiway. No response, no accessories, and no refund. This experience has been beyond infuriating and has left a sour taste in what should have been a positive purchase. The bikes might be good, but the customer service is a complete disaster. I expected better, especially after spending so much money.I hope my bikes never break. How the heck am I going to get a warranty repair if they don't respond.Such a scam.Buyer beware!

The quality is there!
Putting the bike together was very sraight forward. The quality of the components is obvious. Its a smooth ride and I'm anticipating many bike rides to come. Be warned, the 4" tires make this frame ride like a larger bike. A heck of a deal for a great bike! Thank you
