Initial impressions are very impressive
I've only had this one day and done one commute with the bag. So far I'm impressed. The bag feels heavy duty. It seems like it will be water proof. Love the padded laptop sleeve. Its a good size for a pannier. Lots of carrying options; pannier, shoulder strap, handle, or backpack.I would love a more stylish version versus just plain black.

400 miles and still going well
The media could not be loaded. I bought this bag just before a bike trip to Vermont and back.Super happy with the way it performed. Was concerned initially because the price was quite cheap. But I’ve had no issues it’s really easy to clip on and off the bike. Has this great release mechanism attached to the handle, So it’s super easy to just lift off the bike. The carrying strap is great it seems pretty rugged.

Does not fit my e-bike rack
I wish could return these, but when I bought them, it was raining for 6 weeks until I could finally use them….realized it does not lock onto my heybike Tyson rack, clips are too small. Sturdy good bags, but not what I need.

Comfortable quality
The bag is great quality and easily stores my daily needs for my commute, including my laptop and water bottle. Easily mounts onto my bike rack. The back pack straps are comfortable! Will have to order another.

It broke in 4 months
After four (4) months of use, the PLASTIC hooks that keep the bag on the bike broke off. They broke off on a 120 mile bike ride and we jerry-rigged an attachment for our bag with belts and bungy cords. It was NOT fun. I tried writing the company directly and have not gotten a response. You'll see on the photo how the hooks are completely unusable. I was skeptical about the bag when I got it. Plastic hooks, really? but I assumed the company had tested this design. Obviously not in real use. Very disappointed.
