Five stars for the Recliner. Ten stars for the seller and their customer service! This recliner was on my list. Took the leap when it went on sale. Immediately received an email from seller thanking me and providing 3 Fedex tracking numbers. Recliner arrived 3 days later. Assembly was easy. Once together, we had a problem with the recliner laying flat. All communications said if there are any questions or problems contact the company directly. I reached out, their response was immediate. After some troubleshooting, to my surprise, the seller offered a replacement! Frima Home initiated the replacement and within 4 days my new recliner was delivered to my home. Never did I contact Amazon. I love it when a company stands behind their product. Ten Stars for outstanding customer service!We love our new recliner. The recliner is just down right pretty. It invites you in. "Please sit down". It is very cushy, comfortable and embracing. It massages gently/vibrates quietly. You can be sitting right beside it and you might hear a hum, depends on how loud your tv volume is. It heats up, it is relaxing, releases tension in the neck and back. Also, will be great for those cold winter nights. It lays you down for a comfortable nap. It stands you up, making it easy on the joints, knees, and hips or anything that hurts.. The wireless charging makes sure your phone will never die. I've found a new friend. I just ordered a cover to protect the recliner from pets and grandkids!Before I purchased - I read all the reviews and so many of them talked about the excellent customer service. It's difficult deciding to purchase online, especially a pricey item. It would be great if all online purchases would turn out this positive. I say Yes to this recliner! And Absolutely Positively Yes to the seller Frima Home!

Start with the chair. It came in three boxes and it was fairly straight forward to put together. The chair itself is pretty sold. The cushions are on the firm side. The life function rises very slowly. The leg recliner is steady. The back recline is fine. When laying completely flat it is zero gravity position. Unfortunately when laid flat the chair is not comfortable on the back. I found it easier to lay down in when the back is up. I am not able to sleep in this chair. Then the heat and massage are extremely light. The massage is practically non existent. When set on high all you hear is a vibration noise but it provides absolutely no therapeutic value. Same goes the heat. Eventually you feel some warmth but I think it is just my body heat from sitting on the chair. After giving it a day it was decided this chair was not a fit for what I needed it to be. I reached out to the company and they promptly replied back. They were great in handling my decision with the chair in asking for a return. I would buy from this company again due to their excellent customer service. The customer service is 5 star but the chair is 3 stars for me so overall I have given my review for 4 stars.

I’ve had this chair for 3 months and it’s already broken and I Amazon will not allow me to return it. I am a small woman and this chair has been taken good care of. Not being able to return it is ridiculous. Don’t waste $800 on this chair.

The media could not be loaded. This recliner has been a fantastic addition to our bedroom, especially with our little boy just born. It provides a solid mix of support and comfort, ideal for rocking the baby to sleep (or me watching a movie lol). The wide, cushioned armrests are great for holding my little dude to sleep, mom's also thinks so. It also works perfectly as a movie-watching chair, being spacious, soft, and reclining smoothly. The tall backrest gives some good support for both resting and sitting upright. I'm kind of surprised but it lifts you upright as if standing tall. It was also pretty darn easy to put together. Whether for family time, rocking my baby, or relaxing, this chair is highly recommended for comfort and versatility of use. A worthy buy for every penny!

I bought this for the 72" length. I'm 5 feet and 11 inches tall. A full five inches of my legs hang off the end at full recliner position. Only about three inches plus feet hang off the end when the chair is in full 'bed' mode, and my back arches high. My wife is 5 feet 0 inches, and her feet hang off the end at full recline. I assume they measured the uncut fabric length to calculate finished length?I assumed I could leave it unplugged most of the time because I don't care about massage or heat, but...it must be plugged in to recline. Without electricity, it's unmoveable. Don't put granny in it without a generator or a strong back.It's easy to raise the cupholder tray, but you have to squat and use both hands to close it.It's a total fail as a recliner.It does look nice, though.After living with it a few days:It's a very nice looking chair. The mechanism is silent and smooth, and the whole feel is solid. There's no spots of bare wood covered in cloth like LazyBoy and Lane recliners have; it's padded everywhere. Very comfortable in all positions. And if you do need help getting up, it stands you up silently and smoothly.If I were shorter, or had a footstool, it'd be our nicest chair.

Had to retire my last big brand recliner and decided to give this one a shot. It is soooo comfortable, fabric feels very premium and the cushioning is just slightly firm, not too soft, just how I like it. All the pieces were easy to put together by sliding onto one another. This chair comes in 3 boxes so be prepared for that.
