I have ordered this several times and the cookies are always great.

I am so disappointed in this vendor. When the cookies arrived, the dry ice was gone; however, the product comes with packaging instructions stating that the cookies were still good even if the dry ice was gone and they were cool and to put them in the freezer immediately.This was not the case. They have merged into one lump of dough that looks spoiled. I cannot risk using these for the company function as planned and someone getting sick.The vendor will not stand by the product as I only have pictures of the ruined product and not the outer box.My advice... do not order from this vendor. I have received numerous boxes of cookies from other vendors and had no problem.
