Great taste, reminds me of the holidays. Works well in my "jet pilot" cocktails. So good that I just put it on auto delivery, Would be more convenient if it came in a bigger bottle.

In making penecillin drinks (bourbon, lemon juice and this), this is by far the best honey ginger syrup I have ever used. Compliments the other ingredients perfectly and does not get lost to the other flavors. Highly recommend.

I love this stuff with some club soda! Great way to have a fun cocktail with no actual booze (and not that much sugar). It has a very strong ginger taste, which I love, but I know spicy ginger is polarizing. 4 stars just because it’s extremely pricey.

I use this in place of simple syrup in my old fashions that I make at hope. It is now my go to. I was skeptical at first but I really enjoy the flavor. They recommend using a 1/2oz per drink. I would not exceed that because it is very sweet.

I was really looking forward to trying this but it was terrible, there was an unpleasant and overpowering spice flavor like clove or star anise but nothing at all like cola. Definitely wouldn't purchase again.

I've been trying a bunch of different cola syrups for my Soda Stream. The Barrel Aged Cola syrup is delicious. For me it seems like 1 oz. syrup to about 5-6 oz. soda water makes it the right strength. Will be trying it in a rum and coke over the weekend.
