Excellent and easy to use. Comfortable and excellent in getting into those knee troubles and pains to decrease significantly. I have a torn lateral meniscus in which has offered pain relief. Fit well and is not very noise at all.

I have been using this for over a month now. I'm impressed with several things. it holds it's charge for many 20 minutes sessions, so you don't have to recharge often. I like that the 20 minute sessions are pre-programmed so you can just put it on and do something else.It gives you a variety of different modes and the light therapy warms as well. It seems well built and easy to use. The massage is very soothing along with the warmth. I have a knee injury from 9 years ago, I'm older and by the end of the day my knee can get very fatigued and this really helps.

I have been an athlete since age 4 when I started figure skating I'm 61 now still ice skate, inline skate/race, jog, bike, perform Bikram/Pilates, weight train and handle 2 big dogs. I went for a easy 3 mile jog was fine during the run...about 3-4 hrs later my right knee felt super tight, was difficult to bend. Overall I am really happy with this product. I had knee surgery over a year ago and have been dealing with a stiff knee and constant ache since. Since I started using red light therapy stiffness and ache have both decreased. I love that the knee brace straps on so there is no holding it and that after 20 minutes it automatically turns off. I don’t often use the message feature but it’s nice to have the option. And the price is reasonable. Very happy with this purchase
