As 5'10" adult who had back surgery, I can't carry my computer case and all the other stuff in it anymore. I need a rolling backpack or laptop case to help me haul my stuff to and fro. This is it!!! I have been looking at every sort of rolling item and it's at least $70-100+. That's a bit out of my price range. Plus to replace wheels at a store costs like $60. I know that price for a fact! Plus bringing it upstairs or over lips in hotel rooms is just awful. This totally fit the bill for me. It goes up and down stairs amazingly smoothly. I have a larger backpack, so I'm going to use the one w/o the guard. the handle goes up and down very smoothly and it's a good height full extended for me. This is a GREAT find!!!!!!!***UPDATEOK i have to downgrade this from 5 stars to about 3 stars. While the idea is amazing, I find my larger adult-sized backpack makes it tip over frequently (aka unsteady). I also want to loop my lunch bag over the handle, but that makes it front heavy and tip over and crash. I have a travel backpack with a laptop case in the back. I wish the "platform" was about 4" bigger longer and width wise. Once the backpack is at a 45 degree angle and being pulled it's OK, but it was still hard to keep on the platform. I've tried looping all the straps around the handle part and criss crossing the backpack shoulder things. I think I might need a full on rolling briefcase.

Besides the ratings, the main thing I needed I couldn't get done. The INSTRUCTIONS. I still doesn't know how to make the trolley tilt back so my bags don't fall forward.

Firstly, there are some pros about this product: 1) it is extremely lightweight 2) the assembly is simple - the directions were straightforward and I did not need extra tools, in addition (the wheels you attach are easy to push into the platform holes, and they are correctly labeled 'left' and 'right' 3) the wheels work when pulling the trolley along the floor, like a suitcase 4) the overall appearance is nice.BUT, the cons are significant enough I am definitely considering returning!!!!!!! 1) the 2 buckle straps do not strap on any backpack securely, not matter which method is utilized (a backpack with built in wheels is more steady, robust,and clearly superior since the base is firmly attached to the wheels) 2) when wearing the backpack with the product, the backpack folds/bends in the middle, even when the backpack is full and the backpack arm-straps are adjusted to custom-fit my body 3) The handle is on backwards - a design flaw that still allows the device to work, but does downgrade the appearance. There is a push-in pop-out button that secures the metal bar attached to the handle, into the bottom platform. It is facing the wrong way. If rotated the other way, the botton won't pop-in the the hole slot, which prevents the handle and bar from being secured into the bottom platform. Simply, when inserting the handle in the correct-facing way, you will experience the handle and bar detaches from the bottom platform, when trolley-ing, rendering the purpose of this product, useless.

I use it to carry my portable oxygen Concentrator. It works extremely well. The three wheel rotation makes going up and down steps easy.
