This balm is very soothing in my rosacea. It creates a nice barrier. My only complaint is the price. It's pretty expensive.

To preface my review I think it’s important to share that I’ve struggled with dry skin, cracking skin, and eczema breakouts that last months. This moisturizer is the single lotion that has kept me without any of those issues for over a year. The formula is hydrating AND soothing. I’ve had flare-ups and this moisturizer will immediately soothe the problem. The best part is that it’s not filled with topical steroids or is too heavy to use daily. It comes out from the tube as a cream and almost becomes a gel-like consistency making it easy to apply. My skin drinks this up like water. I only need to apply it at night and use a light moisturizer in the morning.Yes, it’s expensive but the price I’ve spent in moisturizers that have done nothing for me is far greater. If you have dry skin at any level this is an amazing product to have in your arsenal.

The absolute best facial cream I've ever used. It has transformed my complexion from dry and flaky during this cold seas, to being as smooth as a baby's butt. It doesn't cause skin breakouts either. I can't imagine life without it.

I love this as a moisturizer. A small amount goes a long way and lasts all day. It's also gentle and can be used on all skin types.

best consistency that is thick with out being oily and blends in so nice and smooth. stays on skin all night and helps repair the skin barrier.

This kind of feels like fancy Aquaphor. I live in a super dry climate and winter is really hard on my skin. I needed a thick moisturizer that I would wear over my daily moisturizer, and under makeup.I like this but I don’t love it. Less sticky than smearing aquaphor on my face, but some days, I still get dry and flaky. I DO really like Kiehl’s, I think their products are really good quality, I’m just not sure I love this.

For someone who has struggled with dry, sensitive skin, this product has been a lifesaver. As someone in their mid-40s, my face finally feels hydrated for hours after application of this balm. I will be subscribing to this product and am sad I hadn't tried this sooner. I'm a long time Kiehls user, and this one is a keeper.

This is perfect for when you have a cold and your nose and face get red and chapped. Instant relief, removes the redness and keeps your face moisturized. Also great for anyone who works in extremely cold weather conditions. Worth every dollar!
