This is helping my sore knees- I’m a true believer in red light therapy! So far, I believe these are helping my arthritic knees and healing a torn meniscus!Made well, charges quickly & holds the charge for several uses. Relieves the pain. I like the fact that I’m able to control the intensity of the massage & the heat individually-It’s therapeutic to have all three aspects work together, at the same time: heat, massage, & red light therapy ~

Both of my knees should be replaced, according to rheumatologists and orthopedic specialists. I carry osteomyelitis in my bones from an old injury that became badly infected. It is my understanding that osteomyelitis remains dormant in bones, but never goes away. If I get knee replacements, it is almost guaranteed that the area around the new joint will become infected and could cause amputation.With that backstory, I decided to give this a try. It seems to do everything it is advertised to do, with the exception that I have yet to notice a difference in the pain level in either of my knees. My wife is also developing osteoarthritis in one of her knees, so has also been using it. Again, it works well, but she is not seeing noticeable improvement, either. It has only been several weeks, so we will continue to use this device. I wish I could give sound advice on whether this works to heal bone-on-bone joint damage, but, at this time, I can't say.

It really does work!

I used it twice a day for 10 days straight on the highest setting on both the heat & vibration. I have yet to feel ANY improvement. I have been limping on my left knee for years because of age (75) & by no means do I need a knee replacement it's just weak so I find the reviews from the people that said their Dr. said they need knee surgery & after using the Nooro knee machine they no longer need surgery. The machine looks like it is well made but the heat & vibration alone does not help, I am limping again right after I take the machine off my knee. I live in a small town that doesn't have a UPS store & have to drive 50 mile round trip to a UPS store in a bigger town to return it so I am just going to keep it like I do on alot of stuff I order from Amazon that;s less expensive . Just thought I would warn other people it doesn't help your knee.Ceri Smith
