Not possible, you say? I disagree. The size, shape, smoothness, the toughness of the glass, the double-walled temperature protection ... all add up to a perfect espresso experience. I use this glass with my Nespresso machine, in the "lungo" mode ... so it's not quite a true espresso, but rather a perfect one-shot coffee. To the 3.5-4 oz of coffee, I add a touch of steamed milk, and then on top of the Nespresso foam, I carefully lay on the creamy frothed milk. What I've got is an espresso-powered mini-cappuccino, I guess. This glass is the perfect size for my recipe, and is elegant and fun for guests who come over, and appreciate a special "fancy" treat instead of a pedestrian cup of joe. In practical terms, the glass is high quality and tough, which means you can clean it, bump it into other dishware without fear of it being too delicate (e.g. the way you must handle wine glasses with kid gloves). Finally, and coincidentally, the company tells me ... it is fun to have the dragon icons on the bottom, since I am a Game of Thrones fan and insist on drinking from Dragon Glass!

I don't usually write reviews, but I really like these cups. I needed a cup to fit under my Rancilio espresso for straight shots. Most cups are either so small that you have to be hyper-careful to position them correctly, or they're so big that your coffee looks like a puddle at the bottom of a canyon. These 4oz cups are just the right size. Also, most double-wall cups are feather light and feel fragile; these are a bit heavier, which feels good and sturdy, and they have quite wide handles that are comfortable to hold. All in all, nicely designed and nicely made.UPDATE: The last set of double-wall cups I had got broken one by one as I fumbled them on the granite counter-tops. I just dropped one of these on said granite. . . and it didn't break! Some have complained these are fragile. They are glass, so they will break, but they are heavier and way stronger than other double-wall glass cups/mugs I've had, including ones from major named companies. If you are looking for a good double-wall coffee cup for straight espresso, these 4oz cups are the ones.

Update: a couple months later after many uses and some scary dings/bumps the cups are still in Great condition. Still no complaints !!!This is my 1st venture into espresso cups so I don’t know much but they come very well packaged w/ a nice box & plenty of info (check picture). The glasses themselves look well made with the dragon logo on the bottom. They are really light weight (not sure if this is good or bad), fit in the hand well and so far have been Great at not transferring heat to the handle or the base of the glass keeping them pretty cool to the touch. So in conclusion, no complaints from me. Great look, price and they do what they’re supposed to or at least what I need them too.

I wanted glass microwavable cups that I can make sipping chocolate in. They needed to be of a decent size not too small. I got mine today. Washed it and made my first cup of sipping chocolate in it. It was fabulous! These are awesome and Simply Beautiful! They are perfect for what I needed. I plan to buy one more set. I wish they came in a set of four. If you're looking for some Simply Beautiful cups for espresso, tea, or sipping chocolate, these are the perfect ones! Even after microwaving it, the outside stayed cool to the touch. The double wall design of the glass is beautiful and serves a great purpose. I am looking forward to getting a lot of use out of these beautiful cups!

Very cute, my girlfriend loved these. Be aware these are NOT ESPRESSO CUPS they are more like a small coffee cup/ tea cup. A little larger than anticipated but still a good product overall

Dragon x Barbie … a MUST HAVE! These little expresso cups are gorgeous double walled glass. We use these for tea parties for the kids.Wonderful quality. Handles make them easy to hold and the double walled glass keeps the heat in. Great for Barbie lovers and collectors!

Update: seller contacted me to help out, got a replacement right away. I think the other was one off as a metal piece accidentally fell out my cabinet onto the other glass and it was unscathed.Shape and size is great. The bottom is slightly too narrow causing it to easily tip on drip tray or in the sink. Mine tipped in the sink and cracked on the edge. Otherwise really enjoyed it over the last week.

not as iridescent as i thought they would be but gorgeous nonetheless. just a heads up they are not dishwasher safe. if i ever have any problems ill update this review
