Lovely Gift Cups
Great as a gift!Sturdy, nice repros of photos!Unfortunately, not suitable for dishwashers where steamheat blanches out the photos! Accordingly, wash by hand.

Poor quality control
I'm so disappointed - I can live with how the colors did not reproduce as well as the image that was submitted. But I can't live with that the image is not placid level and centered on the mug and the image I sent was! It just makes it look so cheap and such poor quality. These are gifts that I'm embarrassed to use!! I hope the seller contacts me and replaces these with mugs that have the image placed correctly!!

Placement done better and have writing on back .
The picture placement was off. And the writing was above the picture. Just not what I ordered or liked. It was neat seeing my painting on a cup though. The colors were spot on . I definitely would have the writing on back if I had did it done again .

Very satisfied
I loved the customized mug. It was better than what I expected. My logo came out really clear And colors were vibrant. The quality of the mug is good. I have no complaints. The only complaint I have is my own fault. When I designed the mug, I put everything on the back instead of the front. However, everyone that I showed them loved it. I plan on continuing to use this company for future designs.
