Bought this for a birthday party - Medieval themed. An effective way of telling stories to illiterate folk in the Middle Ages, still tons of fun today! Puppets are soft, good-sized and brightly-colored. Abundant "accessories" of different shaped felt for crowns, tongues, ears, scales, what-have-you, as well as googly eyes and yarn for hair. Only thing I wish there was more of was the yarn, otherwise plenty of leftovers for other crafts. Felt is challenging to stick together - regular glue won't work so you either have to hot glue or sew stuff on. For the party, we just used regular glue and tape. :) Kids had fun making puppets then staging their own shows from behind the couch. Great craft with plenty of replay value - at a decent price!

NO pattern directions are included in kit. Felt cut outs do not stick well to felt hand puppet, had to glue and Re-glue several times. Hand puppet itself is HUGE and definitely not kid hand size friendly.

Probably need fabric glue to get the best outcome! Elmer's glue was not very effective! 😆 The kids loved it! Lots of precut pieces.

Purchased to entertain children while camping. Often about day 4 the exploring has slowed down. I broke this out with a hot glue gun. We did have electricity at our site. The kids had an absolute blast. With so many puppets and so many pieces for them to choose the originality was diverse. That was the best part of it was designing and redesigning the puppets before they decided to glue. The gluing was done by adults but the kids didn't mind.

I got these as a craft for story time and they were a big hit! Lots of pieces and variety and more fun than a normal sock puppet because of the mouth shape. Normal elmers glue did not work very well, as it would absorb into the felt, so I would recommend glue dots or double sided stickers with this.

Used these to give out to children for crafts to make at home due to covid. Appreciated the bright colors and that glue sticks worked great on the felt. Would recommend to purchase if you are looking for a fun creative outlet for children.

Lots of pieces, easy to use. Kids loved making puppets. Use a glue gun to attach pieces. Might want to buy felt sheets at the store if you want fully covered mouths. My one daughter made wings for a dragon. The felt sheets are .15- .25 cents each didn't mind buying a couple. Also used pipe cleaners we had at home for tails.

Great packaging. Specifically got this for my nephew 6 yr old birthday; have used it just yet but looks like it will be fun!
