So I’ve been needing to drop a few pounds and thought that this would be a good high protein/low calorie lunch. Most days I eat lunch in my garage, so that’s where this is being kept. Just grab a can, remove the lid, drain liquid, and eat. Relatively healthy, good flavor, takes a little getting used to eating without anything in it, But quite good once you become accustomed to it. At the time of purchase, Bumblebee had a better sticker price than other brands, Star Kist and Chicken of the Sea.
