I has almost sworn off these lightweight hoses until I bought this one(it's my second one)The nylon lightweight hoses are only good for one year.My 1st one is 6 years old & would be fine if not for my carelessness.100" long and easy to manage. It does not kink!. Its light enough to pull out and put away without the monumental effort my 3/4" commercial grade hose requires.The hose is nearly indestructible; unless you run over it in the driveway.At that point, it crushes the metal sheath and it really cant be repaired.I was aware of this and I ran the old one over anyway..It still works but has a bit reduced flow.

We’ve had this hose since 2021 and I’m ordering a second one for front yard. This hose is lightweight, tangle/kink free and works great. Well worth the purchase.

We've bought hose after hose after hose, from kink-resistant, to those expandable fabric "wonder hoses," and none of them ever lasted more than 3-6 months. Kink-resistant is a flat-out lie, and the fabric expandable hoses always leak...either they give out somewhere in the middle of the hose, or at the crappy plastic threaded head.These hoses are super sturdy, easy to use, and they absolutely, positively do not kink. Super-smooth rolling in and out of a hose house. Super easy to manually loop onto a hose hanger, or even into a neat pile on the ground. Super easy to move around... unlike those wanna-be kink-resistant rubber hoses that are so damn stiff and tangle so easily. No leaks -- the connection points are solid and the metal segmented hose helps protect against punctures.Time will tell, if they last an extended period of time. (We have two of them.) But, the first one we bought is going on a year now, and it's still solid.

OK, Ive had two of these for a bit over a week so I thought I would write an initial review. Obviously I cannot comment on longevity however I will say the following:I like them so far. They are very light weight so easy to pick up. The provided spray nossle is simple and appears fairly rigid enough. A unique feature, which I really like is what I will refer to as the attachment cuff. A hard molded plastic sleeve that allows one to srew it onto the hosebib without that annoying hose wiggle that often occurs with standard hose.Now the cons: While they do no twist and crimp they can get damaged if one walks on them. I found that I stepped on one leg that overlapped another and it started to dent the hose. Fortunatly it still works fine so my advice is to be a little wary of the implied indestructbility.So far, for the price a pretty good product. I now want to see how long it functions and hope it lasts a long time. PS Good hose, suggest not keeping it outdoors in freezing weather (no reason yet but something tells me it should ever be allowed to freeze)

Quality is so much better than the regular expanding hoses I’ve purchased. It has its own adjustable or twisting watering valve on the end that I wasn’t sure if it would be a strong stream but WOW, I’m so happy I bought this hose!I live in Phoenix and watch my water usage because we have a water shortage. Every week or less I pick up dog poop from the backyard rocks and fake grass. I want to spray down the entire yard to get rid of the poop and pee smells for my dog and to keep flies away. It would take a good 15-20 minutes to wash down the entire backyard with the other expanding hoses and the sprayer that came w/each one but this spray nozzle cuts the time down to 2-3 minutes. The strong sprayer allows me to spray the farthest points of my yard without having to move back and forth.It’s a water and time saver! I need two hoses but decided to see how this worked before buying the 2nd unit but I will be buying another. No worries about the expansion like the rest of the expansion hoses getting stuck on a pot, rock or decorative brick & flagstone.Easy to wind up near the spigot. Don’t need to place it in a storage area or keep out of the sun like the usual hoses. The other expansion hoses were not meant for the Phoenix sun/heat or my landscapers using it incorrectly with not pulling the entire hose out before turning on the water so the other expansion hoses lasted about one season here but I’m working on the 2nd season w/this hose. Highly recommend this hose especially if you are concerned about water use, sun/heat damaging, needing to pull hose out w/o kinks/knots before turning on water to prevent damage to expansion hoses and if you need/desire a lightweight water hose! I have had some issues w/using my arms & hands & need a lightweight alternative. Wasn’t sure if the metal hose would be too heavy for me to use for the 15-20 minutes the other hoses would take but it’s extremely lightweight & so quick/efficient to water down the entire backyard that I want to keep working but I’m done way before I’m tired. Has it all. No negatives w/this hose!

Nothing last forever is what I say. These may leave a film on your hands until they age a bit and sometimes they will rust from being on a rod iron hose holder. The end where the sprayer screws came loose on my 100ft hose and I had to replace it after 2 years but we have a 50footer too. I like the convenience and ease because they are lightweight with a modern contemporary look. I will always buy these hoses. I live in the panhandle of Florida and our environment is very corrosive so nothing lasts forever!

This is by far the best garden hose I have ever purchased. It is light weight and rolls up so easily. I will buy another one when my backyard hose is no longer worth keeping. Love that fact that it doesn’t kink. I highly recommend this hose.
