This is a great hairdryer!! It is very lightweight and easy to hold. It is pretty strong and can dry your hair within a few minutes. Definitely an upgrade from most other hairdryers and worth the investment!

Wow, I now believe others' comments on this hair dryer. This is an awesome, professional-grade dryer. Here's why:1. Turbo drying took less than 2 min instead of 5 min. I love the sound of the motor running, powerful but not overly sizzling.2. Upon drying, before styling, my hair doesn't look like it came out of an oven. It used to be cracking dry, and I used to sweat like heck from other brands' dryers.3. My hair is frizzy curly, but this dryer minimizes it. Plus, it kept my skull & hair cool.4. Styling took only half of the time, and my hair felt so soft. You have to try it to believe!

Love the different temperatures hot warm and cold and it has different levels

It's powerful enough, and not painfully loud as other dryers. I only wish there were three levels of temperature. The switch from hot to cold (or vice versa) is not super quick. Overall I'm satisfied though.

I’m a professional hairstylist. At first use, I loved this dryer. It’s quiet compared to Salano annd Babybliss and lightweight. It worked great for adding volume to fine hair. After a month it suddenly stopped working. The reset kept clicking and it wouldn’t turn on. I returned it and got the same model as a replacement. After a month of using it suddenly stopped blowing hot air. This one is going back and I won’t be getting a replacement. I can’t say if this is an issue with the dryer or is Amazon sending refurbished equipment out? It’s such a shame because this dryer had so much potential.

Easy to use. The temperature of hot and cold air is perfect.

Despite the high price, the product's performance is far below expectations. It works less effectively than a standard hair dryer and now the heat not coming outcertainly does not justify the cost. I feel that the product was overpriced and not worth the investment.
