Poor build quality
This is the second one I purchased. The first did not have issues, but the second came with the reverse flow flap unattached. Not only was it unattached, but the plastic tabs that are supposed to hold it in and act as the pivot points were non-existent. Thinking that maybe they had broken off, I searched for them, and did a shakedown of the content and all parts, but did not find any loose plastic bits.Due to timing since purchase (until the area was ready for installation), and the need to complete it immediately, I had to create an alternate pivot pin hinge (using metallic wire glued to the flap).The design is also subpar in that it is so easy to have this type of issue.
