First off I was very impressed with the way it was packaged, I returned a $120 packaged amazon stick that was warped and just put in a loose box ( maybe the loose box damaged it), this sick arrived well packaged in a correct triangle shaped, well padded box. The way it arrived told me this came from the supplier that knew how to ship a $150 stick:) Unpacked it and did an immediate straightness test on the stick, both halves rolled solidly straight across the table, then I put it to the player's test, the stick felt very smooth to the stroke, I like the heavier weight and that's why I chose the 20.5 weight, the stick felt well balanced and comfortable to the stroke, by the way I did do a diameter check on the tip when I first got it I checked it against my tip shaper and it was shaped to a perfect dime, first stick I ever ordered I didn't need to shape. Overall thoughts is that sure you can buy a better stick but in this price range you will never find a stick of this quality

First, let me start with the product itself. It's a GREAT cue! There were no defects with the wood, finish, or any part of the base (wrapping and dragon). Like the other reviews state, the wood on the upper half is finished so smoothly that there is absolutely NO need for hand chalk. In fact, one of my friends put chalk on his hand, which I was vehemently opposed to, and I could tell the difference. (I got one of those handy-dandy cue cleaner things to bring it back to it's original slickness.) It was perfectly balanced as well. I did do a little reshaping on the tip, but not much. And what so I say about the dragon? I love it! It's not cheesy or overdone; it looks great! It's something that you would catch out of the corner of your eye, but the design isn't so loud that it's in-your-face.On to the customer service. To make a long story short, there is a chick at the place that I play at who always tries to start s*** with me. She grabbed my cue when I wasn't there (yes, knowingly and purposefully, because she's that kind of awesome person she is), and when I tried to grab it back from her, she jerked it away from me. HARD. I let it go, fearing she was going to warp it, and had someone dislodge my beautiful cue out of her meat hooks. Lo and behold, it was warped and had a nail mark engraved into it from her acrylic-nailed man hands. I FREAKED. I remembered reading the reviews that said the customer service was great, which is one of the many reasons I picked this as my first cue. I reached out to Steve via text, and he got back to me within 10 minutes. We later had a great and laughter-packed phone call about the ordeal and my emotional distress. He was not only understanding and sympathetic, but he was incredibly friendly and helpful, and even told me how I can fix the "custom engraving" mark myself. I highly recommend the product, but even if you don't necessarily want a dragon lady cue like I did, it's been an even greater pleasuring working with the seller!

I asked my husband to buy me this as his wedding gift to me, and he picked a different one for himself. Im so happy with the design. I was born the year of the earth dragon that's why I wanted a dragon design, and this one didnt disappoint.Really elegant. It feels good in my hands. Very well made. Im a beginner when it comes to pool and this somehow pushes me to do well because it is so pretty and I have to live up to owning it. LOLOnly wish it came with its own case, but for the price i guess it is ok. I just bought a case somewhere else.

Packaging was low class. I expected better. Not sure if it was worth the cost. The advertisement was misleading. You’ll have to purchase the other weights. This cue impressed me as a $50 to $75 stick. I’m sure to place it in my pool room and not use it as my personal primary cue or I’ll order the heavier weight and use it as a break cue.Not impressed by it overall, however it had a smooth, nice, solid tip and ferrule.As an intermediate player looking to get to the next level, looking down the barrel at times when I’m in my stance to execute a shot, it sometimes seemed very slightly curved, but the roll test showed it was straight. I won’t purchase this cue again.

The best cue I've ever owned. I thought I was buying an average pool cue. It is so much more. I just hope I can bring my game up to the level of the cue. The case that came with it is also excellent.

This is a great stick! I purchased the 19.5 oz and when I got it I realized it was a little lighter than I used to play with. I sent an email back to this seller and they got a hold of me right away and said "no problem"! Steve got right back to me and walked me through the weight change process which is super easy! I am VERY please with both the product and the seller! Highly Recommend!!!!

A great stick at a very reasonable price.Update: After 10 months of using this stick a couple of days each week, I'm still very happy with it. Gets the job done!

This is the second one of these cues I have bought because I liked the first one. However, I am not sure of the cue tip that came with the 2nd one. It has a rougher surface and no matter what I do the tip looks rough even with sanding and rounding and burnishing. Time will tell, but I thought it would have the same tip as the 1st cue stick I bouhgt.
