I bought three poles, a wrong piece came in one of the boxes, I contacted the manufacturer and they responded immediately, they sent me a new pole and I didn't even have to return the wrong one, they were very kind, I am very happy with the poles, they are very good quality and it is a very serious and responsible company, I highly recommend them

Glue on one side was visible and end fell off. You can put it on the end like i did. Doesnt lock well

Missing mounting brackets piece is scratch and the end part comes off. No I did not pull.
I love the color and sturdiness for a smaller window. These Rods are nice. However the mounting brackets are.missing from the package. The end was scrtached already. Amd when i twisted to extend the end came right off. . Only way to get them is through returning and reordering. Really upsetting. Especially since I live a ways from town just to return this item. Not very pleased at the time being
