However, as soon as I opened the bag and tried it. Straight away I reordered the larger bag. The taste is phenomenal. It is very healthy and there is no additives, sugar or preservatives. An excellent snack to help me on my weight lost journey…..🩷🩷🩷

Got this freeze dried Dragon Fruit because I can't get fresh in the shops.Got it for my parrots. Adding a small peice to hot water makes a great infusion.Both my Parrots loved drining said infusion once colled enough. Smelled amazing. Looked great in the cup.Big bag which will last me a long time. Parrots will only get this once a week.Dog had some too as well as me. I liked the crunch of it and the taste.Giving it a top score of 5-5. I'll buy again when needed for sure.

On a practical level, the packaging is great - it's sturdy, so the fruit doesn't get crushed easily, and resealable so it stays in good nick.The fruit pieces are mostly chunky and decent sized, about the size of a thumb - with very little dust, but a fair bit of crumbled bits.The texture is very light and crisp and has a great mouthfeel - some freeze dried fruit can start to feel slimy while you're eating it, but this is more "melt in the mouth".The colour is fantastic - it's a really vibrant, almost artificial looking pinky purple - so used as a garnish it can look very fun; but the flavour is... odd. It's sort of dragon-fruitish, but has a sort of "bath foam" taste to it. Imagine... the smell of a fruity shampoo - it tastes like that.Which I agree sounds rank, but it's actually strangely moreish. I wouldn't necessarily say it's delicious and you'd eat a full pack in one go accidentally - but it's nice for a novelty.I would recommend it, but maybe less as a snack and more of a way to add colour to deserts.

First time buying these and very impressed with how crisp and crunchy they are. The colour is vibrant and the taste is great too. The pieces are a good size for my 10month old to snack on. As they are freeze-dried well they soften nicely as she chews on it.I’ve purchased other freeze dried fruit from other brands which were not that dried compared to these. So will buy again from this brand.

I love how crunchy they are and the colour is phenomenal. absolutely fantastic! I love to snack on freeze dried fruit, they just lacked flavour and were very sour. I like sour but it’s a shame they taste like that when it also lacks flavour and they do. They tasted very similar to the raspberries and cherries. No flavour. I probably won’t buy again and use these up adding them to food for some colour/ texture. The banana chips i couldn’t recommend enough though!!
